The results show that the TiO2 porous films can be obtained by anode oxidation using 10% H2SO4, voltage of 120V on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and the aperture size is about 100-200nm. The acerate CaHPO4 with size of 200-400nm can be gained by the electrochemical deposition. Ultimately, the acerate CaHPO4 changed to the sheet Ca10(PO4)62 after being treated with 0.1mol/L NaOH in autoclave at 200℃ for 10 hours .

In this experiment, effects of local electrolytic lesion of bilateral anteventral or posterior or antedorsal hippocampus on learning and memory of dark avoidance behavior in rats were observed respectively. The results show that local lesion of different part of hippocampus more or less block rat's learning and memory of this behovioral pattern, particularly anteventral lesion, but their instinct of light avoidance and liking dark is not influenced.
