Methods 100 eyes of 50 cases were given Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops to treat asthenopia,compared with matched control subjects（100 eyes） of asthenopia and amplitude of accommodation.

运用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗LASIK术后病人50例100眼，以视疲劳的自觉症状及眼调节幅度为观察指标，与对照组进行对比。

Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in both groups were treated with digitalis, diuretic and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor and patients in treatment group received additional amlodipine.

采用随机对照的方法，将120例慢性心功能不全患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组以洋地黄、利尿剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等药物治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用氨氯地平片(5~10)mg/d。

目的 观察七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗LASIK术后视疲劳的疗效方法运用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗LASIK术后病人50例100眼，以视疲劳的自觉症状及眼调节幅度观察指标，与对照组进行对比。

Abstract］ objective to investigate the clinical effect of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops for asthenopia after lasik.methods 100 eyes of 50 cases were given esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops to treat asthenopia,compared with matched control subjects（100 eyes） of asthenopia and amplitude of accommodation.results in one and two weeks after lasik, esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops were more effective compared with matched control subjects.conclusion esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops are effective and safe for treatment of asthenopia after lasik.

目的 观察七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗lasik术后视疲劳的疗效。方法运用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗lasik术后病人50例100眼，以视疲劳的自觉症状及眼调节幅度为观察指标，与对照组进行对比。结果术后1周及2周时七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗组较对照组主观症状及眼调节幅度有明显改善。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗lasik术后视疲劳安全有效。

所有病例均以洋地黄、利尿剂和硝酸酯类扩血管剂作为基础治疗，GH组加用rhGH 4.5IU ，第 1月隔日1次，第 2月每周 2次，第 3月每周 1次。

All patients were treated with digitalis, diuretics and nitrate-based vasodilating agents as fundamental management, and the patients of GH group were given 4.5 IU rhGH subcutaneously every other day in the first month, 2 doses every week in the second month, and then once a week in the third month.
