MethodsFour stages are required in the whole process of ear reconstruction. Firstly, place an expander under the normal skin of the cervical part and effuse. Then form skin tube using the expanded flap. Thirdly, the skin tube is transposed to the postauricle area. At last, conduct ear reconstruction utilizing the skin tube.

Firstly, the natural frequencies and normal mode shapes of the fluid-conveying pipe with zero fluid velocity (i.e. U=0) were determined with the transfer matrix method. Next, these natural frequencies and normal mode shapes were used to derive the equation of motion for the fluid-conveying pipe with fluid velocity U.neq.0 by using the expansion theorem. Finally, the free and forced vibration responses of the pipe with flowing fluid were obtained by means of the Jacobi method and the Newmark direct integration method.

首先吾人使用转移矩阵法来求取一流速等於零(即U=0)、跨距数为N之流体输送管的自然频率及其所对应之正规化振态，然后利用振态重叠法原理来推导流速不等於零(即U.neq.0)时，整个流体输送管在外力作用下的运动方程式，最后再以Jacobi法及Newmark直接积分法来计算该水平流体输送管的自然频率及强迫振动反应。

Result The inhibitory effect on pulmonary metastasis of transplanted tumor were 46.36%, 32.73%, 18.2% in the Runing granule preparation group, warming kidney group, dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group respectively. There wasn＇t significant difference between Runing granule preparation group and CTX group （50.91%）. The expression of VEGF was dropped in Runing grannie preparation group and dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group. The expression of TIMP-1mRNA was up-regulated in Runing Granule group and warming kidney group. The expression of MMP-9 was dropped in Runing granule preparation group and warming kidney group.

乳宁冲剂组及拆方温肾组、疏肝活血组对裸鼠乳腺癌移植瘤的肺转移抑制作用分别为46.36％、32.73％、18.2％，乳宁冲剂组作用与CTX组（50.91％）比较无显著差异；而乳宁冲剂组、疏肝活血组均可下调肿瘤VEGF蛋白表达；乳宁冲剂全方、温肾方可明显使TIMP-1mRNA的表达升高，MMP-9表达下降；对MMP-9／TIMP-1蛋白表达比值影响以温肾组下降最明显。

Results:Normal rats as the donator of serum, using methanolic extract of CWC, 10 times equivalent dose for adults every day, intragastric administration twice a day of 8-hour interval, keeping on 3 days, hemospasia after 2 hours of the last administration was the better preparative method of the serum containing drug.

This thesis consists of five chapters. At first, We introduce the study history as well as present situation on KKM theory. Secondly, We discuss the invariability of transfer open valued multimap under the restriction of upper and lower semicontinuity on generalized convex spaces. Then, We obtain new KKM type theorems from the classical KKM theorem by applying upper and lower semicontinuity. We also obtain intersection theorems by applying the KKM type theorems for a multimap from a topological space to another topological space. Further, We obtain Ky-Fan type coincidence theorem by applying known variational results on the KKM type theorems. Finally, We give an application to new theorems.

本文共分五章，首先回顾了KKM理论的研究历史和现状，其次讨论了在一般化凸空间上转移开值映射在上、下半连续映射下的不变性，然后在上、下半连续映射下，以古典的KKM定理为基础得到新的KKM型定理，并利用从一个拓扑空间到另一个拓扑空间的集值映射及KKM型定理得到相交定理，进一步利用已知的KKM型定理的变形结论得到Ky-Fan型重叠定理，最后给出新定理的一个应用。
