The film or movie is the most popular and common video resource. In this paper we use the film video as an example, aims to implement real-time retrieve of explosion and shot scenes, has carried on the following research mainly: first, we proposed a method of real-time recognition of explosions based on dominate-color and audio information and improved the accuracy the retrieve;second, we proposed a method of real-time retrieve of shots scenes based on audio information and differences between frames when the shot occurs;third,a whole video abstraction system is proposed, it can cut off the clips which have been retrieved and merge them into a independent video abstraction in the same time edit the information of the it ;forth, it offers two-level retrieval structure of"key frame-highlights"and can play segmentation result and the whole video just like a video player.

电影或电视剧视频是人们日常生活中最喜闻乐见也是最常见的视频内容，本课题以此类视频为研究素材，目的是实现实时爆炸和枪击场景的检测，主要进行了以下几个方面的研究：1针对视频中爆炸场景的主色和音频特点，提出了一种基于声像特征的实时爆炸场景检测算法；2捕捉视频中枪击事件瞬间的帧间变化信息和相应音频信息，提出了一种基于声像特征的实时枪击场景检测算法；3从原始视频中切割检索到的精彩视频场景合并成单独精彩缩略视频，并可进行相关信息编辑，形成比较完备的视频摘要系统；4形成关键帧-精彩视频场景的二级浏览结构，可对分割结果或整个视频片断进行播放，基本实现播放器的功能。

We collected eight field data sets of potatoes farms in five years (2004~2008) from Taiwan Seed Improvement and Propagation Station. Besides, generalized linear models were employed to estimate the proportion of the individual plant infected. By mean square error as criteria. optimal group sizes were changed from 20 to 40 plants per group so that the cost was reduced and the testing process was improved efficiently. Not only can the group-testing design advance the accuracy of testing, but it can reach to the purpose of optimization.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the concentration distribution of emitted ozone in the work environment of UV equipment in a Color Filter plant. A fogger was used to visualize the direction of ozone-laden air flow. MDA toxic gas detector (Scientific ChemKey TLD-1, Zellweger Analytics, England) with chemical paper was used to measure the emitted ozone concentration at the breathing zone of operators and the exit of the UV equipment.
