To this end, the thesis, built upon the theory of Hofstede's cultural dimensions of individualism verse collectivism, uncertainty avoidance, and power distance as well as Rahim's five conflict resolution styles, takes Sino-American schools as the study setting, highlights cultural influences on the varying conflict resolution styles commonly used by the Americans and the Chinese, and provides a comparison of the different conflict resolution styles found in these two cultures.

objective to study high risk population,high incidence time of traffic accident injuries,in order to provide evidence of prevention of traffic accidents.methods review inquiry,epidemiological analysis were performed.results there were 557 cases of traffic accidents before hospital in 2004.the traffic accident was the first in traumatism,the accounting for 51.86%.in 2004,the month of high incidence was july to december.people were on duty and off duty that was the high incidence time of traffic accident injuries in a day.the age of high incidence was 20 to 39 years old.the injury rate of males was higher than that of females.conclusion the measures of prevention and control are to strengthen traffic safety education,improve road safety level and quantity.

目的 了解院前急救交通事故的高危人群、高发时间，为交通事故的预防提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法，统计分析资料。结果 2004年1～12月我院急救中心院前急救的外伤病例中交通事故居首位，共557例，占总数的51.86%。在这一年内，以7～12月份为高发期。在一天中，人们上下班时间是交通事故高峰。以20～39岁年龄组为高危人群，在交通事故中受伤及死亡的男性比率高于女性。结论预防和控制交通事故的主要措施是加强群众的交通安全意识，提高驾驶员的安全行车意识和完善道路交通设施，确保良好的交通环境。

Abstract］ objective to improve the diagnosis of non-ossifying fiboma by analysing its x-ray feature.methods plain x-ray films was performed in all patients.x-ray finding in 8 cases with pathologically-confirmed non-ossifying were analyzed.results the clinical symptom was mild,the lesions occurred usually at the metaphysis of the long bones,the affected bones included femur（n=4）,tibia（n=3）,humerus（n=1）.cortical type was seen in 5 cases,presenting as unilocular or multilacular transparent areas with in the cortex or tightly beneath the cortex,the lesion had a sclerotic margin.which was more obvious at the marrow side.medullary type was seen in 2 cases.the lesion was located at the center of the bone and grew centrally.the tumor was manifested as unilocular or multilocular.tramsparent area with sclerotic border and the bone cortex became thinner with slightly expanding on 11 sides.conclusion plain radiography is the elementally means to detect this disease.based on the typical x-ray signs of non-ossifying fibroma combined with clinical data,correct preoperative diagnosis can be made in most cases.

目的 探讨非骨化性纤维瘤的x线表现以提高诊断水平。方法所有病例均摄有x线平片，分析经病理证实的8例非骨化性纤维瘤。结果临床症状轻，好发于下肢长骨干骺端或骨干，股骨4例，胫骨3例，肱骨1例。皮质型5例，表现为皮质内或紧贴皮质下的单层或多层透亮区，病变向骨内发展进入髓腔，周围有致密硬化带环绕，以髓腔侧明显；髓质型2例，病灶在骨内中央发展，显示为单房或多房透亮区，边缘有硬化，骨皮质菲薄，轻微向周围膨隆。结论 x线为最基本的检查方法，典型病例x线平片结合临床症状即可明确诊断。

Objective: Parkinsons Disease is a chronic, progressive disease, which is characteristic with tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia and postural problem. The prevalence is 0.1%, which increases to 1-2% in patients with older than 60. PD has resulted in severe burder for family and socialty. In this study, PDQ-39 has been used to investigate the QOL of patient with PD, to identify the damaged dimensions and influencing factors of QOL.

目的帕金森病(Parkinsons Disease，PD)是一种以震颤、肌强直、动作迟缓和姿势反射异常为特征的神经系统进行性变性疾病，患病率为0.1％，在65岁以上人群中达1-2％，给家庭和社会造成严重负担，本研究使用PDQ-39量表对PD患者的生存质量进行评估，确定PD患者生存质量的主要受损维度及主要影响因素，以指导临床医师对PD患者施行合理有效的治疗，并为进一步随访研究作基础。

This in vivo study was to examine the historical changes of implanted novel chitosan/collagen composite barrier for confirming the clinical feasibility. Four other commercial GTR membranes were chosen for comparison. Among the resorbable GTR membranes, BioMend Extend and Peri-Aid are collagen base, and GORE-TEX OSSEOQUEST is synthesized membrane, while GORE-TEX e-PTFE (Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) is synthesized but non-resorbable. Beagle dogs were used as animal model. Buccal mucoperiosteal flaps were reflected in the bilateral mandibular premolar and molar areas. Buccal alveolar bone was reduced on 1st、2nd premolar and molar to a level 5 mm apical to the cemento-enemel junction. Root surface was denuded of periodontal ligament and cementum, and notches were placed at the bone level of each root. The tested GTR barriers were implanted in critical bone defect areas. Flaps were coronally positioned and sutured. Two beagle dogs were sacrificed each time as the designed time period after surgery. Histological and histometirc evaluation at 7 days、14 days、28 days、3 months were performed post-operatively to determine the healing response of each treatment modality.

本研究之目的在评估与工研院生医中心合作发展出可吸收性去乙醯几丁聚醣/胶原蛋白复合之组织导引再生膜片，并选择与可吸收性之BioMend Extend 及Peri-Aid 胶原蛋白膜片，和GORE-TEX OSSEOQUEST 合成高分子膜片，及不可吸收之GORE-TEX e-PTFE合成高分子膜片，等其他四种市售商品材料共同对照评估，应用8只年龄为12个月的雄性小猎犬，均分4组(分别为7天、14天、28天、3个月)，为动物活体评估模式，在实验犬之左、右下颚第一、二小臼齿及大臼齿的颊侧区制造骨缺损后，分别植入组织导引再生膜片，依实验设定时间将小猎犬牺牲，取下缺损区骨头，以光学显微镜观察量测其牙垩质再生高度与齿槽骨再生高度之变化，以探讨其组织再生模式及评估新膜片在临床应用之适用性。

The discussions which the study investigated were chicken and pork meat processing for elders via different tender mode. In this study, we want to evaluate the nutritions of elders and focus on animal protein. The experiment was injected marination with CaCl2, NaHCO3 and enzyme on pork and chicken meat quality traits. Treatment on the meat was analyzed proximent quality and textural properties by response surface stepwise regression. The best tender method was discovered the elder's sensory evaluation of different tender mode and observed degradation of myoglobulin by muscle tissue slice and SDS-PAGE (10%). 中文摘要本试验目的在利用市售禽畜肉为原料，针对高龄者之营养需求，分别使用氯化钙、碳酸氢钠与嫩化酵素等常见之嫩化方式对禽畜肉进行嫩化处理，搭配反应曲面法分析一般特性与物性测定，并进行高龄者品评测试以探讨不同嫩化方式之口感影响以求得不同禽畜肉之最佳嫩化处理，并以肌纤维组织切片与电泳分析观察肌肉蛋白质之分解现象，最后利用真空调理法搭配嫩化处理并分析物性测定与品评测试，评估真空调理法增进嫩化之效果，探讨禽畜肉开发为适合高龄者之加工产物模式。

objective:to analyze the difference between mammary duct ectasiaand plasma cell mammitis.methods:the data of 24 cases of mde and 28 cases of pcm,including clinical manifestations,distinguished diagnoses,surgical therapy,pathological results,were analyzed.results:the clinical manifestations of mde are nipple discharge and breast mass,which should be distinguished with breast mass and early stage of breast cancer.the treatment is local resection.major pathological changes are duct ectasia and obvious periductal inflammatory changes.the clinical manifestations of pcm are breast mass and inflammatory changes,which should to be distinguished with advanced breast cancer and inflammatory breast cancer.the surgical treatment is extensive resection.the major pathological changes are inflammatory reaction and multiple abscesses in breast tissue.conclusion:mde and pcm are significant different,and they are different progressing stage of disease,thus the two diagnoses are independent.

目的：分析乳腺导管扩张症和浆细胞性乳腺炎临床上的差异。提出各自独立诊断的论据。方法：结合24例乳腺导管扩张症和28例浆细胞性乳腺炎对两病的临床症状、鉴别诊断、手术治疗、病理结果进行比较分析。结果：乳腺导管扩张症临床表现为乳头溢液和乳腺肿物，主要与乳腺肿物和早期乳腺癌鉴别诊断，手术以局部切除多见，病理表现为导管扩张及导管周围明显炎性改变。浆细胞性乳腺炎临床表现为乳腺肿物和炎性改变，主要与晚期乳腺癌和炎性乳腺癌鉴别诊断，手术切除的范围较大，病理变化以乳腺组织的炎性反应和多发性脓肿为主。结论：乳腺导管扩张症和浆细胞性乳腺炎有明显的差异，应作为这两种疾病独立诊断。
