Finally, PNV had been mapped according to Boolean discrete methods to connect climate submodel and vegetation submodel by GIS. PNV map first represented the spatial distribution of all vegetation types of 4 physiognomic levels in Taiwan, also integrated the diverse comments of altitudinal vegetation zones and geographical climatic regions in the past. Besides, the scattered ranges of 36 dominant trees in the moisture-thermal regime and climatic zone had been drawn via coordinating 585 plot-data with MWI and WDI.

The construction of internal risk management system with the core of customer management system is the most innovative ideas the paper brings. For example, it presents pyramidal customer theory dividing customers into target customer, company customer, intent customer, trade customer and partner customer; in concrete risk management, it presents implementing diversity management according to customers' different level, different traits and different influential abilities with the aim to extend management scope to target customer onwards and transfer from trade customer to partner customer rearwards. This system is established in reducing and eliminating risk through diversity management towards customers. As corresponding measure going with this system construction, it presents new ideas of standardizing risk management flow and internal control process with ISO9000 system and implementing continuous improvement of risk management system through "6SIGMA" method.

From the lifespan of relay point of view, a reliability criterion was provided based on dynamic characteristics of anti-forces. Mathematical model of tolerance design with reliability was set up under usage of "stress-strength interference method", taken some critical dynamic characteristics as identification objects such beginning of contact separation speed, speed of collision and gag bit impact velocity. This model showed that lower values of characteristic parameters center and quantitative descriptively relationship between tolerance and product reliability. Multi-objective optimization model of relay tolerance distribution was completed when some factors such as reliability, processing costs and its feasibility into consideration. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine weight coefficients of various objectives, and usage of simulated annealing, this study performed optimal reliable tolerance allocation of space electromagnetic relay, and then key technology segments were analyzed, accompanying its course measured by controlling chart.
