The model are made up of primary object which is that the district economical benefit is most and by-end which is that the district social benefit is most and restricts which contain water supply capability and water transportation capability and water demand capability and so on.

更多分配矛盾较为突出等特点，在滦南县供需水预测成果的基础上，建立了以区域经济效益最大为主要目标、区域社会效益最大为次要目标、以区域供水能力、输水能力、需水能力等因素为约束条件的水资源多目标优化配置模型，根据Excel和Matlab的特点，把Excel作为数据输入端，调用Matlab中的linprog工具函数求解该模型，得到了滦南县水资源优化配置成果。

This thesis started from essential principles and methods of PE, then go for an overall analyzing original training system of XT Company including its active standards and methods. After the analysis, we raise several questions and go for an in-depth discussion. Then we put forward our suggestion that Standards of PE shall be made according to various positions and objectives and the employees who will be evaluated shall also have a voice in making the standards to improve its acceptability. The new PE system is objective oriented by mixed standards system and compellent distributed system etc.

Based on the ETA/VPG and LS-DYNA software platform and "vehicle-barrier-curve-road" integrated system dynamics model, in the research, the orthogonal experimental design method and the dynamic explicit finite element method were applied jointedly. The rear wheel elevation was considered as criterion for evaluation and six cross-sectional shape design variables were created. The application of L25 (5^6) orthogonal table for simulation and the use of SPSS statistical package help the variance analysis of simulation results, and the influence levels of various factors were studied to determine the optimal parameters of concrete barrier.
