Our country ethylene diamine mainly uses in producing the agricultural chemicals (woods manganese zinc, dithane Z-78, generation of woods amine and pesticide, weed killer, disinfectant), the surface active agent (lives geminate stearic acid amide, alkyl imidazole lin, double amide, with oxirane, epoxypropane synthesizes non-ionic surface active agent), the epoxy resin firming agent (polyamide resins, epoxy firming agent, hydroxyethyl ethylene diamine and so on), the wash assistant (ethylene diamine four ethanoic acid and sodium salt series chelating agents), medicine raw material (aminophylline, washes must be peaceful, nose eye only, deinsectization spirit and so on), water treatment medicinal preparation (ethylene diamine four methylene phosphonates, second grade trunk base ethylidene two phosphine acids), corrosion inhibitor dye fixing agent, photography materialFixing bath and oil dope and so on.

我国乙二胺主要用于生产农药（森锰锌、代森锌、代森胺及杀虫剂、除草剂、杀菌剂），表面活性剂（生成双硬脂酸酰胺，烷基咪唑啉、双酰胺，与环氧乙烷，环氧丙烷合成非离子表面活性剂），环氧树脂固化剂（聚酰胺树脂，环氧固化剂，羟乙基乙二胺等），洗涤助剂（乙二胺四乙酸及其钠盐系列螯合剂），医药原料（氨茶碱，洗必泰，鼻眼净，灭虫灵等），水处理剂（乙二胺四甲叉膦酸盐，乙脒基乙叉二膦酸），缓蚀剂染料固色剂，照相材料定影液及润滑油添加剂等。

Toxicity to Macrophoma musae of 13 fungicides and 3 fungicide combinations was determined in the laboratory. Macrophoma musae was highly sensitive to 70% thiophanate methyl, 70% mancozeb, 10% difenoconazole, and 72% Yijunte.

在室内测定了13种药剂和3种复配剂对香蕉黑星病菌的毒力，结果表明：香蕉黑星病菌对70%甲基托布津、70%代森锰锌、10%苯醚甲环唑和72%抑菌特敏感性较高，且抑菌效果好。

According to analysis of Mount Tai sealwort wild resource and ecological environment, the soil of seed sprouting bed has been treated with 700 times mancozeb and phoxim powder 20g/m2 ,the seed germination rate and survival rate are up to 81% and 76% respectively. 600 times phoxim cooperate with 1000 times dipterex has been applied to control pest, and the effect can be up to 90%.

泰山黄精野生资源分布与生态环境考察分析，种子催芽床土消毒，以700倍代森锰锌和20g/m2辛硫磷粉剂拌土消毒效果好，出苗率和存苗率分别达到81%和76%，虫害防治以600倍辛硫磷+1000倍敌百虫配合施用，效果最好可达90%。

结果］ 75％代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对枸杞组织培养过程中出现的真菌污染具有显著的防治效果，污染率仅10%，且枸杞培养物的生长情况良好。

The half-lives of were 19.2-24 hours in lichee skin and 18-20 hours in the soil.

在果肉中均未检出有残留，即使采用最高浓度250倍，最多5次，最短距收期3d，在果和土壤中的残留也仅分别0.3657-0.3735mg·kg^-1和0.4219-0.4831mg·kg^-1，参照欧共体规定代森锰锌MRL值0.5mg·kg^-1，分析结果均在允许值范围内。

We adopted many forestry techniques, including scarifying, weeding, draining, fertilizing, digging far-between dyke, choosing and breeding eximious clone. We also took measures of excavating aperture and irragating root, directly watering root, daubing remedy, stubbing died trees and sterilizing soil in the aperture.We carried through integrated preventional measures of chemical prevention and biological prevention, by using 200×CuSO4, 70% mancozeb 800×5% Chlorothalonil 800×, and Suillus grevillei. All of the meaures got favorable results. The preventional effect exceeded 72%. The incidence of disease descended from 15.5% in 1998 to 2.8% in 2002.This kind of disease was controlled on the whole.

自1998年开始，经过5年的系统研究，通过松土除草、排水施肥、挖隔离沟，选育优良无性系等林业技术措施；采用挖穴灌根法、直接浇根法、涂药法、死树挖除并对穴内土壤消毒等方法，使用硫酸铜200倍液、70％代森锰锌800倍液、5％百菌清800倍液和厚环乳牛肝菌进行化学防治和生物防治等综合防治技术，均取得了很好的效果，防治效果达72％以上，发病率由1998年的15.5％，下降到2002年的2.8％，使该病基本得到了控制。

In order to solve the problem of Botryosphaeria dothidea on resistance to traditional fungicides, bio-assay tests were made for 6 fungicides including 10% water-dispersible granules of difenoconazole, 250 gL^(-1) azoxystrobin suspension concentrate etc. against B. dothidea in laboratory. Field tests of these fungicides with different concentrations were made for control of the disease on apple trees.

为解决当前苹果轮纹病对传统药剂产生抗性问题，以70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂为对照，在室内测试了10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂，250gL^(-1)嘧菌酯悬浮剂等6种化学杀菌剂的室内毒力；另外在田间设置小区试验，测定了这些药剂在不同使用质量浓度条件下对苹果轮纹病的防治效果。
