Treating the humanism spirit as the thread, this paper concludes the intension and extension of the humanism spirit by comparing the soul of humanism spirit in the China and foreign countries, and then explains them from three parts: the true, the selflessness and the beauty. First, the content of writings expounds the essence of human nature, human rights and humanism that are the intensions of humanism spirit. Second, the purpose of writings reflects intensively the special and active method of constructing the author's morality by analyzing the connection of humanism and religion in thewritings of Bajin, and obvious religious sensibilities of Bajin. Third, from the viewpoint of artistic style, we can get the conclusion that the buskin style of Bajin's writings has close relations with humanism spirit by the method of inducing the buskin style of his writings.

全文以"人文精神"为根基和线索，首先通过梳理和比较中西人文精神传统及精髓，确定了巴金作品人文精神的内涵和外延，然后以此为统领，从真、善、美三个方面展开论述：从巴金作品的内容上看，它对人性、人权、人道作出的真理性阐释，恰恰就构成其"人文精神"的具体内涵；从创作意图看，通过分析巴金作品人文与宗教的相互关系及其流露的鲜明的宗教情感，从而突显出其特别的、积极的理想道德建构方式；最后从艺术风格看，通过归纳其作品的悲剧范式，亦得出了巴金的悲剧风格与人文精神旨向密切统一的关系。

First scanning the known handwriting materials then number them ,In pretreatment, we convert the valid part of the image into a standard size, as images carries out duotone and go throw off chirp handling in order to achieve better effect.draw features from the known handwriting materials with the Co-occurence,especially,we divided a copy of handwriting into 25 little pieces with the size of 128*128 ,drawing features from every little piecese with four directions(0 degree, 45 degrees, 90 degrees as well as 135 degrees) and calculate the four major feature values( veins and the statistical quantity of veins contrast and the statistical quantity of veins consistency Shang the statistical quantity of statistical quantity as well as the veins correlation of gray scale ), preservation all the feature value that drawn from all known ma terials to the handwriting characteristic database,then input the unknown handwriting materials, also using the method of the Co-occurence to draw those features, recycling the minimum European Distance law match the unknown writing material feature value with the handwriting characteristic feature database, export the label of the known hand writing materials which is most similar to the unknown material with minimum European Distance, and then we can confirm who is the author of the unknown material.

首先将笔迹材料作为图象扫描输入，并对其进行编号。预处理部分可将笔迹图象的有效部分规范化到一个统一尺寸，接着对其进行二值化和去除噪声的处理，以便于更好的提取图像的特征。在此我们采用了灰度共生矩阵法提取手写笔迹材料的纹理特征，与以往有所不同的是，我们将一份手写材料分割成64块大小为80*80象素的子图象，每个小块都从四个方向（0度、45度、90度以及135度）来更全面的提取特征，并计算出四个最主要的特征值（纹理一致性的统计量、纹理反差的统计量、纹理熵的统计量以及纹理灰度相关性的统计量），将从所有已知材料提取的特征值保存到纹理特征库中，对于待检手写材料，同样采用灰度共生矩阵的方法提取其纹理特征，再利用最小欧氏距离分类法将从待检手写材料中提取的特征值与纹理特征库中的特征值进行比对，与欧氏距离比对值最小的相匹配，输出匹配成功的原材料的标号，进而识别出待检材料书写者的身份。

全文共分五章，第一章阐述开展研究的背景，界定相关概念，提出研究方法与意义；第二章对于入口的沿革历程进行研究，并按外国古代建筑时期、中国古代建筑时期以及近现代建筑时期的分类方式对入口空间形态的发展衍变进行分析与对比；第三章对当代主流建筑现象进行分析，总结其特征，从类型学的角度分析其界定原型，从纷繁芜杂的建筑现象中归纳出当代建筑入口空间形态的发展变化趋势；第四章从入口形态的基本模式入手，具体而实际的探讨了入口形态的设计手法与技巧；第五章从建筑环境理论的角度，将入口空间这一建筑构成语素提升到城市设计领域，研究了其对于城市环境品质的作用与意义，以期在具体实践过程中激发设计者拓宽思路，创造宜人的可持续发展的环境。

第一部分，界定官场小说的内涵，并对它的历史发展，对其在当下繁荣的原因做初步的探析；第二部分，从官场小说对官场腐败、官员内心世界和社会文化心理等方面的揭示考察其主题构成；第三部分，从人物形象、叙事方式(叙事视角、叙事结构、反讽叙事、叙事话语)等分析官场小说的艺术表现特征，指出官场小说不仅塑造了性格鲜明的正面人物，也真实刻画了具有复杂人性的反面角色，更重要的是展现了官场灰色人物的庸俗生存，并通过两类不同类型小说的对比，揭示其各自不同的叙事特征；第四部分，充分肯定官场小说的现实主义价值，及其对前期官场小说的超越，并从小说艺术角度指出其存在的严重不足：小说对现实的屈从束缚了作品的艺术想象力，使小说缺乏深厚的思想内蕴；人物形象也显得单薄，无法产生感人的艺术魅力；叙事的模式化也大大降低了作品的艺术品位。

This thesis probes into the writing subject's cultural mental world to discover the track of its pursuing cultural ideal from the course of Shen Congwen's novel writing and his life, to dig and analyze the special culture reserved in his novel text, further to find the source of his cultural consciousness which he accepted and chose, and to reflect the plentitude and complicacy in the writing subject's cultural spiritual world , then to analyze its culture ideal and spirit implicated in the construction of the artistic world of Shen Congwen's novels ,finally to summary the meaning, value and confine of cultural writing of his novels.

本文从沈从文小说创作历程及其生命历程中探寻创作主体的文化心理和文化理想追求的轨迹；从小说文本中发掘、分析其独特的文化蕴涵；并进而对沈从文文化意识的接受和选择进行探源，从中揭示创作主体的文化精神世界的丰富性和复杂性；然后从沈从文小说艺术世界建构中分析其文化理想精神蕴涵；最后总结沈从文小说创作文化书写的意义、价值及局限。

本文结合这些问题从以下几方面对外资的国民待遇进行了基础性的法理分析：国民待遇的法律价值在于保障非歧视性和可预见性，为内资与外资创造一个相对公平的竞争环境，实现贸易与投资的自由化；它尚未发展成为一项如某些西方学者鼓吹的普遍性的国际义务，不管从事实上还是法律上，其都具有相对性与非义务性，是否给予外资国民待遇是一国的经济主权；国民待遇包含四项法律要素：客体、主题事项、参照规则和参照对象；超国民待遇具有合理合法性，在我国亦有其存在的必然性，不应一概取消，并且，从法理上讲，国民待遇涵盖了超国民待遇与差别待遇；《TRIMs协议》中的国民待遇在法律性质上仍属货物贸易的国民待遇，但具有授予外资国民待遇的效果，然而何种TRIMs应受其管辖，在国际上争议较大；GATS的国民待遇属具体承诺性质，它仅指外资进入东道国市场后的待遇，并且不只限于形式上的平等，更要求实质上的平等。

从哲学基础而言，康复模式和回归社会模式提出了不同于传统的报复主义观点的刑罚执行目的观，该观点认为犯罪人的犯罪是其不适应社会的一种表现，刑罚主要是为了帮助其适应这个社会，而传统的监禁方式并不能有助于该目的的实现，因而在社会可以容忍的条件内应该逐步缩减其适用范围；从经济学基础而言，无论从行刑成本还是从机会成本而言，社区矫正都比监禁刑更好的获得了效益最大化的效果。

This dissertation has 7 chapters. Chapter One introduces the tradition of historical narration in Chinese literature, discusses the relationship between fiction and historical narration, and the historical view of humanism in traditional novels. Chapter Two analyzes the historical view in contemporary red narrative, the origin of red historical compilation, hypo-realism in red novels of officers, and the features of taking personal narrative as revolutionary narrative etc. the song of youth is taken as an example to illustrate the secret of changing little burgesses narrative into revolutionary narrative. Chapter Three focuses on re-emergence and changes of enlightenment historical narrative and the historical sense of enlightenment. Tibet, implied times and the family of red corn are taken as examples to illustrate the features of changing from enlightenment historicism to new historicism. Chapter Four examines the phenomena and characteristics of new historicism narrative. The following chapter concerns the historical narrative by Yu Hua and Mo Yan, and historical sense of quasi-new historicism in Wang Anyi's Changhenge.

正文共分七章，第一章是对&中国文学中的历史叙事传统&的追溯：探讨了中国文学中&小说&这一文类与&历史叙事&之间的渊源关系，传统小说中的人本主义与生命本体论的历史观、其悲剧本质的历史诗学与美学理念、其循环论与非主流的历史伦理：第二章是对&当代红色叙事中的历史观&的分析：探讨了其&红色历史编纂学&的由来，红色官史小说中的&伪现实主义&、&把个人叙事装饰为革命叙事&的特点、其&革命&外表下装裹着的&旧式&的叙事模型等等，还以《青春之歌》为例分析了由小布尔乔亚叙事改装为革命叙事的奥秘：第三章是对&启蒙历史叙事的重现与转型&的梳理：分析了寻根文学中所包含的启蒙历史主义意识一一从最早的民俗学趣味、到寻根诗歌中&文化民族主义&的突然高涨、还有寻根小说中所包含的各种新型的历史思想，还以稍后的扎西达娃的《西藏，隐秘岁月》和莫言的《红高粱家族》为例，探讨了其由启蒙历史主义向新历史主义过渡的特点：第四章是对&新历史主义叙事的现象与特征&的分析，先是梳理了新历史主义文学思潮从八十年代后期到九十年代末期所出现的大量现象和演变的轨迹，而后分析了各种类型的新历史主义叙事的特征，其基本尺度、还有&新&与&旧&的关系等等；此后第五、六、七章分别就余华和莫言的历史叙事、还有王安忆的《长恨歌》中的类似新历史主义的历史意识进行了分析。
