As our studies showed, silylation of mesoporous molecular sieves with alkoxysilane was an usual method of linking desired organical groups. However, as a result, the a lot of silanol groups still existed on the surface of mosoporous molecular sieves after silylation, which maybe affect the interface property and its catalystic activity. Based on this consideration, a novel method was proposed that a mixture of trichlorosilanes was used to silylate mesoporous molecular sieves, introducing both the further reactive group and hyhrophobic methyl group in one pot.

正如研究表明，通过硅氧烷与介孔分子筛表面的硅羟基反应是常见的键连有机基团的方法，但表面仍会剩余较多的硅羟基，硅羟基的存在会严重影响到介孔分子筛表面性质及催化活性，为此笔者提出采用混合的三氯化硅烷一步硅烷化介孔分子筛，在孔道内同时引入可进一步功能化的氯丙基或氯苄基和疏水性的甲基。

On the basis of the data from four seasonal oceanographic censuses in the East China Sea（23°30′-33°N,118°30′-128°E） in 1997-2000,the paper studies on adaptation and ecotype of Ostracoda in the East China Sea through curve fitting,forming mathematical model,calculating optimal temperature and salinity,consulting geographic distribution based on synchronous data of abundance and environmental factors.

根据1997-2000年东海23 30′-33 N，118 30′-128 E海域4个季节海洋调查资料，用浮游介形类物种丰度和同步表层温、盐度数据进行曲线拟合，构造数学模型，计算介形类分布最适温度和盐度值，并参考其地理分布和生态适应特征分析，确定东海浮游介形类主要物种的生态类型。

The results showed that, using transient GUS expression, the frequency of resistant calli and shoot differentiation as a criteria, wheat mature embryos were cultured on the preculture medium of CM4C1P for 14 days, and immersed in inoculation suspension Ⅰ for 3 hours, then the explants were co-cultured under desiccation conditions for 3 days, which was optimal conditions for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of wheat mature embryos.

为了进一步完善根癌农杆菌介导的小麦遗传转化体系，以小麦成熟胚为转化受体，研究了根癌农杆菌介导法转化小麦的主要影响因素，结果表明，以gus基因瞬时表达率、抗性愈伤组织获得率和分化率为转化指标，小麦成熟胚在预培养基CM4C1P上预培养14d后，用侵染培养液Ⅰ侵染3h，再经干燥共培养方式处理3d，是根癌农杆菌介导成熟胚转化的合适条件。

The main content includes:B-Site , and substitutions greatly decrease the dielectric losses ofO3 system ceramics under electric field; because of the different characteristics of different ions and the influence of pyrochlore phase created in system, B-Site and ion substitutions increase the dielectric constant of the system, whereas ion substitutions decrease the dielectric constant of the system.

论文的主要研究内容包括：B位，及的取代均大大降低了O3体系陶瓷在电场下的介电损耗；由于各离子特性的不同及体系中生成的焦绿石相的影响，B位，离子的取代使得体系的介电常数上升，离子的取代却使的体系的介电常数有所下降。

METHODS: Female BALB/c mice were treated with CCK-8 and keyhole limpet haemocyanin, splenocytes were acquired and incubated in vitro with KLH restimulation, the productions of Th1 cytokines, interferon-γ, interleukin-2 and Th2 cytokines, IL-4, IL-5 in cell culture supernatants were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay. The mRNA expressions of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-5 in splenocytes were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The levels of Th1 antibody IgG2a and Th2 antibodies IgG1 in serum were also detected by ELISA.
