This year, 2009, he is 23 years old. The whole 23-year is an extraordinary one, during which he got through a lot and experienced the process of Reform and Innovation. The whole 23-year is the one that he was spurred on by ambition to build nation as his responsibility, that he went forward the bright future designed by Marx and Chairman Mao, also by theoretical system of Chinese socialism. He is glad to help others, often gave a hand to those who need help. He is warm and giving, treating everyone with honesty. He is charitable and kind-hearted, aiding the people in poverty. It is his braveness and doughtiness that made him appear at the emergency place at the first time. When it refers to his life, he is diligent and aggressive to assimilate knowledge. In his mind, there is nothing important than his motherland and People, which suggested he puts China and Chinese at the premier place. Though he is a common person, he is not a mediocrity, trying his best to do what he can. 23-year training makes his unusual life that led him advanced in mind and practice.

This kind of epic mostly depicts the formation of the universe, origin of human being, custom and some animals and plants that are close to human life. The world-originate epics reflect the theme of the resounding for human labor and creativity, as well as singing for the grittiness of primary people who sticks to cultivating the nature and create the new world. This style of primary form of literature made by minority nationalities in South-west China is unique. It is one of the most important styles of literatures that include myths, ancient ballads, sagas and stories.

The present thesis adopts Iseult Honohan's six basic elements of republicanism as a theoretical framework for the study of Jefferson's conception of republicanism, which is the theoretical basis of his conception of the ward system:(1) Jefferson's conception of virtue, characterized by his optimism about the universality of the moral sense and the people's capacity of self-government;(2) Jefferson's conception of freedom, characterized by his synthesis of both negative liberty and positive liberty;(3) Jefferson's criterion of the republican government and the scope of the republic, characterized by his synthesis of both participation and representation;(4) Jefferson's conception of the shaping of republican citizens, characterized by the synthesis of school education and active participation in public affairs;(5) Jefferson's conception of the material preconditions of the republic, characterized by his primary concern for the economic independence and political freedom of both the individual and the nation.
