Our demodulation system demodulates signal with ARM, and has many merits: First, high process capability improve the signal demodulation's precision and speed; Second, abundant interfaces make the demodulation system has a good man-machine interface, such as LCD display,keyboard input.

本解调系统采用ARM处理器做信号解调，使得系统具有很多优点：首先，高速的处理能力提高了信号解调的精度与速度；其次，丰富的外部接口使整个系统具有更好的人机交互界面，如具有LCD显示、键盘输入等；最后，由于集成部件多，降低了整个解调系统的成本。

Lip-reading is used for capturing information of a speaker through his/her lips movement. this technology is wildly used in speech recognition 、 ID recognition 、 Human-Computer intelligent interface and Multimedia system.

The whole text designs the demand system in two parts of the hardware and software by divided several parts, that include the transplantation of the μ c/ OS-Ⅱembedded operate system transplanting into the ARM microprocessor , the communication of the USB interface in PC, the transplantation of the FAT16 file system transplanting into the μ c/ OS-Ⅱ embedded operate system, and the program design of the man-machine interface and the digital audio-frequency decoding.

Heavy-current switch power LM2576 ensures the stable system working power, which has low requirements for the power supply. High-speed optoelectronic isolator and internal frequency division technology can make NW3P08-41C (42C) CPU receive the input impulse up to 1-phase 100 KHZ*2 CHANEL or 2-phase 50KHZ*1 CHANEL 32bit.

系统采用原装中央处理板，具有快速的处理电梯运行程序、数据信号交换、显示屏人机界面；确保可靠运行电梯控制程序；且速度快，PHILIPS 公司 SJA1000T 现场 CAN 总线；以及 82C251BUS 接口，最新串行存贮技术记录数据；外部看门狗及控制芯片内部看门狗功能组成两级程序监视，确保控制程序正常运行；大电流开关电源 LM2576 确保系统工作电源稳定，且对供电电源要求低；高速光电隔离光藕及微机内部分频技术，使 NW3P08-41C(42C)中央处理板可接收高达 1 相 100KHZ*2通道或 2 相 50KHZ*1通道，32bit 的计数脉冲。

GA often uses C or Visual C++ to compile codes, so the program is not only long and cockamamie but also the efficiency is low and the velocity is slow. This paper uses software Matlab powerful calculating ability and many functions to compile programs, then encapsulate and link those programs to run without Matlab environment. At last use Visual C++ friendly alternate function to compile in-out interface.

针对遗传算法常用C或Visual C++编写源代码，程序庸长繁琐，效率不高，运行缓慢的特点，本文采用Matlab强大的数值计算能力和众多的库函数编写算法；然后封装和链接程序，使Matlab编写的算法能够完全脱离Matlab的编程环境；利用Visual C++良好的人机交互功能，用Visual C++编写算法的输入输出接口界面。

The embedded display and control impoldered board basede on ARM9 adopt the chip with ARM9 core as MCU and use multi-peripheral interface and independent the display module.This board can realize the exchange and display for information and multi-communication means and have favorable expansibility and transplantability.

系统的显示与控制开发板采用带有ARM9核的芯片作微处理器，辅之以多种外围接口和独立的显示模块，实现了信息的交换与显示和多种通信手段，提供了良好的人机交互，同时具有良好的可扩展性和可移植性。
