人工流产

Objective: To relieve the pain and prevent the artificial abortion syndrome without the anesthetist\'s cooperation.

目的：无麻醉医师配备下，减轻人工流产时孕妇的痛苦，预防人工流产综合征的发生。

Methods 2000 women who desired to terminate pregnancy and operate artificial abortions without pain, were selected to anesthetize with propofol and fentanyl or propofol. The effect of analgesia and the extension degree of cervix were observed, and the time of anesthesia, the dosage of propofol, the time of operation, the time of patients to come around and leave hospital were recorded.

选择要求终止妊娠、自愿接受无痛人工流产术的妇女2 000例，应用丙泊酚复合芬太尼或丙泊酚静脉麻醉，观察镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度，记录术中出血量、麻醉起效时间、丙泊酚总剂量、手术时间、苏醒时间、离院时间和人工流产综合征的发生情况。

Methods The clinical symptoms of 148 cases with rotary abortion were observed routinely and compared with that of the approximate number of cases selected randomly with suction abortion.

按照人工流产的常规对施行旋动式流产的148例情况进行总结，并与随机抽取的近似数量的负压吸引人工流产做简单的对比分析。

Some evidence indicates that compared with gemeprost, misoprostol may increase laxation and dilation rate of the cervix, shorten gravid exclusion time, improve the rate of complete abortion and make the laxation and dilation range of the cerix larger than gemeprost before the first and second-trimester abortive surgery.

与吉美前列腺素比较，孕早期人工流产术前使用进口米索前列醇的宫颈扩张率和宫颈扩张度等更优；孕中期人工流产术前使用进口米索前列醇经宫颈内给药，可有效提高完全流产率和缩短妊娠物排除时间。

The laughing gas union misoprostol uses in the induced abortion technique being possible mellowly to enhance the analgesic effect ,increases palace mouth loose ,reduces the induced abortion syndrome occurrence ,the method simple security .

笑气联合米索前列醇用于人工流产术可提高镇痛效果，增加宫口松驰度，降低人工流产综合征发生，方法简便安全。

Acupuncture point electric stimulation has good paregoric effect on induced abortion, and decrease incidence rate of induced abortion syndrome.

穴位电刺激用于人工流产镇痛效果好，能有效降低和减轻人工流产综合征的发生率，具有安全、经济、简单的优势，值得大力推广。

Methods: 50 female patients undergoing induced abortion,received propofol intravenous anaesthesia,induction dose was 2 mg~2.2 mg/kg,superaddition propofol 30 mg~50 mg to maintain anaesthesia depth.

虽然应用丙泊酚静脉麻醉行人工流产手术已广泛应用于临床，但有关丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产手术对心功能的影响方面的研究目前国内外少见。

DISCUSSION Using both propofol and fentanyl together for induced abortion opration has kinds of excellencis,such as quick rising effects,clam inducement and convalescence,expeditious vivification,and that is safety and effective measure for anaesthesia.

病例报告］给200例ASA分级Ⅰ级早期妊娠患者在丙泊酚复合小剂量芬太尼麻醉下施行人工流产术，未出现疼痛及人工流产综合征等并发症。［讨论］丙泊酚及芬太尼联合应用于人工流产手术具有起效快，诱导和恢复期平稳，苏醒迅速等特点，是安全且有效的麻醉方法。

The comparison group uses the pure non-pain induced abortion technique,the experimental group uses the visible non-pain induced abortion technique,observes and records two groups of patients' the formation rate,the surgery which after surgery hemorrhage quantities,leaks attracts the colporrhagia time and the illness complication formation rate,thus compares two surgeries methods the surgery quality.

目的：探讨可视无痛人工流产术与单纯无痛人工流产术的手术质量是否不同。方法：纳入符合标准的125例门诊病人，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用单纯无痛人工流产术，试验组采用可视无痛人工流产术，观察并记录两组病人在手术中的出血量、漏吸的发生率、手术后阴道出血时间及并发症的发生率，从而比较两种手术方法的手术质量。
