To examine the hypothesis, we test whether maize beta-amylase can serve as a lipase inhibitor.In order to conduct the interaction assay of beta-amylase and lipase, we adopted a preparative electrophoresis method with a Prep Cell to purify beta-amylase proteins from germinating maize endosperms and soybean cotyledons. We pre-mixed tested proteins with lipid substrate prior to the addition of lipase preparation and assayed the lipid hydrolytic activity.

本实验利用Prep Cell纯化玉米萌芽谷粒和大豆子叶中的beta-淀粉酶，分别将两种不同物种的beta-淀粉酶与胰脂解酶预先反应后，再加入脂解酶反应液中观察活性的变化，结果发现脂解酶的活性未如预期，没有抑制的效果产生，将甘薯beta-淀粉酶以同样方法与胰脂解酶作用，结果同上述两种beta淀粉酶依旧没有抑制的现象。

In this paper, preliminary FDS fire chamber to simulate the flue gas generated through the corridor adjacent to the room near the migration laws, an analysis of indoor air flow field and the movement of smoke layer, and through the simulation of fire scenes, in a simple form of visual dynamic display of the entire process of fire, in the simulation process to obtain more accurate fire-related parameters such as temperature distribution, gas flow and heat radiation, and analysis of simulation results through the fire chamber of the flue gas migration characteristics, results showed that the chamber in the absence of fire smoke control measures, the process of the spread of smoke filled the first chamber is at the top, with the passage of time, the proliferation of slowly downward until the entire chamber is full, and then through the corridor smoke quickly spread to the nearby chamber.

本文运用FDS初步模拟了腔室火灾产生的烟气通过毗邻的走廊向附近房间迁移的规律，分析了室内空气流场和烟气层运动状况，并通过对火灾场景的模拟，以简单直观的形式动态显示出火灾发生的全过程，在模拟过程中获得较准确的火灾相关参数，如温度场分布，烟气流动及热辐射等，并通过模拟结果分析腔室火灾的烟气迁移特性，结果表明着火腔室在无防排烟措施的情况下，烟气扩散的过程是首先充满腔室顶部，随着时间的推移，慢慢向下扩散，直至将整个腔室充满，然后烟气通过走廊快速向附近腔室蔓延。

The spectrum analysis shows that ① Infrasonic waves produced by meteor are mostly very short, lasting one to five minutes;②Periods of the infrasonic waves range mostly from 40 to 408 seconds, and a few waves range from 40 to 480 seconds;③ During 7:21 p.m. to 8:41 p.m. on Nov. 17, the infrasonic waves were much denser. After 8:41 p.m., the waves become more and more sparse, all waves conform to those observed with naked eyes;④ Amplitudes of infrasonic waves from meteor differ significantly from each other (weaker ones below 5 to 10 Pa, medium ones from 10 to 20 Pa, and stronger ones from 20 to 40 Pa). Two of the strongest ones reach 75 Pa and 50 Pa respectively around 7:28 p.m. and 8:07 p.m. on Nov. 17. An explanation of above results is given.

频谱分析结果表明：①各流星产生的次声波大都很短暂，持续时间为1~5min；②流星次声波的周期大都在40~408s；③在1998年11月17日19：21-20：41期间流星次声波仍很密集，20：41后才变得越来越稀疏，恰与肉眼观测结果相符；④流星次声波的振幅彼此相差很大，较弱的在5~10Pa，中等的在10~20Pa，较强的在20~40Pa，最强的两个波在11月17日19：28和20：07前后分别达到75Pa和50Pa。

The study results had shown that the GPR and magnetic field of grounding system will produce detrimental effects on the breaker control system. Especially, for those poor insulation control lines, large GPR and longitudinal induction voltage during ground fault may lead to flash-over at control line terminals and thus inducing breaker mis-trip out. For the practical case in this thesis, to do well maintenance and to renew those old breakers and control lines with poor insulation situations are very important strategy for preventing breaker mis-tripping. Other protection measures from GPR and magnetic field induction interferences are important too. This study may provide useful information for planning the protection measures.

本研究结果显示变电所接地系统之GPR及其产生的磁场对断路器控制回路确有不利的影响，尤其当控制系统线路及端子若有绝缘不良，在接地故障发生的GPR及磁场纵向感应电压有可能造成闪络而引发断路器跳脱，对於本研究所探讨的案例而言，经由良好的维护或更新那些绝缘情况不良的老旧断路器及其控制线路，对於本研究所探讨的案例相当重要，而做好GPR及磁场感应干扰的防护措施亦相当重要，本研究分析结果可供规则防护措施之参考。
