In order to complete the investigation, impersonality feasible experiment solutions and devices are designed independently to systemically investigate on activation and transfer characteristic of soil heavy metal under acid rain effect. Primary results are shown as followings:1. PH measuring results of soil solution and eluviation solution show that the ability of experimental plot the acid buffer capacity of soil is stronger under the experiment condition,there is no obvious acidification in soil which after acid rain eluviation.The result has substantial differences with that gotten by most of investigationers in similar work before.

这一结果与以往类似研究中多数研究者得到的结论存在本质区别，原因可能在于此次试验的试验条件与以往研究的试验条件不同，其中最主要一点是在本次试验中使用的土壤样品的重量比以往试验均显著增大，而且使用的是土壤结构和组成等均未经破坏的原位土，从而使入渗酸雨与承受酸雨沉降的土壤之间的比例关系更接近自然酸雨沉降过程，以此为基础得到的试验结果应该更加客观、可靠。2、酸雨对盐基离子活化迁移产生的影响勿庸置疑，但是，在盐基离子活化迁移的过程中，并没有出现预想中的重金属元素活化迁移现象，表明土壤中的重金属元素并不如理论分析的那样对酸雨沉降反应敏感。

Total 122 entophytic bacterial strains were categorized preliminarily to 35 groups based on colony morphology. 16S rDNAs were amplified with universal primers of bacteria, all the strains could produce a single band about 1500bp. The PCR products were digested with restriction endoenzyme HaeⅢand Msp Ⅰrespectively, and the different patterns were obtained for each enzyme, by combining all the restriction patterns for the two enzymes, the 122 strains could be grouped into 39 16S rDNA genotypes. The results indicated that endophytic bacteria from oilseed rape were genetically diversity.

分离获得的122株内生细菌，根据菌落形态可以划分为35类；利用细菌通用引物对16S核糖体DNA进行扩增，获得约1.5 kb片段，分别用内切酶HaeⅢ和MspⅠ对扩增产物进行限制性酶切，产生不同的酶切图谱；根据酶切图谱聚类分析结果，所有供试菌株被归为39类，这一结果从遗传上显示油菜内生细菌类群的多样性。

Changdong" showed a noticeable enhancive effect when it was co-administrated with other anti-tumor agents or when it was co-applied with radiotherapy. The action mechanism study showed that an apparent cytotoxic effect of "Changdong" on ten tumor strains in vitro with a quantity-effect relationship was observed. Immunity experiment showed that "Changdong" could induce proliferation of spleen lymphocyte in mice bearing tumor and could improve NK cell" s activity, whereas has no impact on IL-2" s reproduction. It was also noticed that "Changdong" could induce human liver cancer QGY" s apoptosis in vitro, and it happened mainly on G0-G1 phase.

结果："长动"对小鼠移植瘤模型和人体肿瘤裸鼠异种移植均有明显抑制作用，量效关系明显："长动"与放疗和化疗分别联合应用有明显的增效作用：作用机制研究结果：细胞毒性试验研究表明"长动"在体外对10株肿瘤细胞有明显的细胞毒性作用，量效关系明显；免疫学试验表明"长动"可以诱导荷瘤小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖，增强NK细胞的活性，对IL-2的产生无明显影响；"长动"在体外可明显诱导人体肝癌QGY细胞凋亡，使细胞阻滞于G0-G1期。

Comparisons between market performance under auction mechanisms and that under market maker mechanisms are made in terms of liquidity, stability, efficiency and transparency. The comparative results show that certain price formation mechanics integrated with specific market environment can affect market performance. The results of the test that is used to verify the liquidity of security market in China indicate that current price formation mechanics can provide the securities market with better liquidity. But the fixation of the minimum changing price lowers the liquidity of the market factitiously and close call auction mechanisms result in increased price fluctuation and price manipulation. Through the analysis on the competitive strategy of securities market, the objects and principles of the design of price formation mechanisms are established.

本文推导出了竞价机制和市商机制下证券市场的均衡价格，结果表明不同的价格形成机制对资产的真实价格有着不同的反映；从证券市场的流动性、稳定性、有效性和透明度等四个方面分别对竞价机制和做市商机制下的市场绩效进行了比较分析，结果表明一定的价格形成机制和特定的市场环境相结合就会对市场绩效产生不同的影响；通过对我国证券市场的流动性进行实证检验，发现当前我国证券市场价格形成机制能够为市场提供较好的流动性，但固定的最小变动价位人为地降低了市场流动性，并且封闭式的开盘集合竞价导致价格波动加大和市场操纵。

According to experimental results and etiopathogenisis and pathology of osteoporosis , and analyzing review investigation on hepcidin、associations of bone metabolism and iron metabolism and relations of ferri ion and calcium ion,we can make conclusions as follows: 1、We applied single manmade intervention approach to induce osteoporosis model in this study, there was no other influential factor. In the termination of test , rats bone density and bone histological anatomy indicated that osteoporosis model was creditable,meanwhile hepatic functional enzyme and hepatic microtome section demonstrated that hepatic function had noci-influence induced by medicinal herbs resource. Accordingly, we could believe that hepatic hepcidin gene expression and serum hepcidin contents can represent internal iron metabolism changes at selected test time. 2、In this investigation, different findings between test group and control group indicated that:according to changes of hepcidin gene expression measured by RT-PCR and changes of serum hepcidin contents determined by ELISA kit , there were correlations between hepcidin and rat osteoporosis model induced by retinoic acid. 3、Under the condition of this investigation,there was a interactive hypothesis as follows: Hepcidin iron metabolism←→ferriion←→calcium ion←→osteoporosis.

根据本次实验结果，对骨质疏松的病因病理的认识及铁代谢与铁调素、骨代谢与铁代谢关系、铁离子与钙离子的关系系列研究的回顾，经分析得出如下结论：1、本研究骨质疏松模型采用单一人工干预方法，没有其他影响因素；实验结束时大鼠骨密度、骨组织学检查表明骨质疏松形成，同时肝脏功能酶和HE切片显示肝脏功能未受药源性产生明显损伤性影响；因此，同期不同时间组大鼠肝脏铁调素基因表达、血清铁调素含量可以代表体内铁代谢不同时间的变化。2、在本研究中，模型组与对照组研究结果的差异表明：铁调素基因RT-PCR变化、血清铁调素ELISA测定含量变化与维甲酸制作的大鼠骨质疏松模型形成有实验相关性。3、在本研究平台下，形成了一个互相影响的假设图：铁调素←→铁代谢←→铁离子←→钙离子骨质疏松。

Second order incident boundary condition on fixed incident boundary is derived for numerical simulations, based on the cnoidal or sinusoidal motions of wave maker paddle, which shows that the prediction with second order incident boundary condition is more accurate than the prediction with first order incident boundary condition. 2 The analytical solution for higher-order Boussinesq equations is derived and its applicable range is discussed. 3 A 2-D fully non-linear numerical model using boundary element method is developed to obtain wave forces acting on rectangular obstacle. 4 The three-dimensional fully non-linear waves are studied in a numerical wave tank using finite element method.The studies on the coupled numerical model combined Boussinesq equations with Laplace equation are following.
