Based on history, actuality research of the High-tech Zone in Tang Shan, the text analyze the current existent problems and the procreant causes of villages in the city, which bring forward reconstruction's strategy and propose in the high-tech zones, and explore how to avoid the emergence of a new villages–in-city in the process of urban development, with a view to playing a guiding role in the reconstruction of villages and urban economic development.

本文通过对唐山市高新区城中村的历史、现状进行调查研究，分析了当前存在的问题及城中村产生的原因，提出了高新区城中村改造的策略及建议，进而探索如何在城市发展过程中避免新的城中村的产生，以期能对城中村改造及城市经济发展起到一定的指导作用。
