Thermal simulation experiments has carried out on mudstone,marlite and limestone,three kinds of typical Ordovician source rock samples,from foreland basin of western Ordos,not only revealed the evolve process and characteristics of hydrocarbon generation indoors but also provided important parameter for calculation the amount of hydrocarbon generation in this region.

通过对鄂尔多斯盆地西缘奥陶系3类代表性的烃源岩即泥岩、泥灰岩和灰岩进行热模拟试验，不仅在室内再现了各类岩样的生烃演化过程及特点，而且为该地区生烃量计算提供了重要依据。试验结果表明，泥岩的生烃能力最强，最终产气率达527 m3/tTOC，泥灰岩次之，最终产气率为512m3/tTOC，纯灰岩最差，最终产气率仅267 m3/tTOC；气态烃的产出与热成熟度密切相关，较高的热演化程度对气态烃的生成是有利的。

To investigate the mechanisms of biohydrogen production by anerobic fermentation of solid organic waste, gas chromatography is used to analysis the biogas and volatile fatty acid in anaerobic bio-reactor. Firstly, the ability of hydrogen production by digested sludge from the West Lake, Enteobacter aerogences, digested sludge from sewage farm, the fluid of methane pool and dejecta have been studied. The rule of the ability of hydrogen production by different bacteria under different control condition. Simultaneity, the importance of the synergistic effect on hydrogen production has been proved.

本文首先选用西湖底的厌氧活性污泥、产气肠杆菌、污水处理厂的淤泥、沼气池发酵液以及猪粪等不同菌群对废弃食物——马铃薯进行厌氧发酵产氢特性实验研究，得到马铃薯在各不同菌群及工况下的发酵产氢能力，同时发现产氢菌间的协同作用很重要，在控制好发酵条件的情况下，产氢菌群发酵通常会好于单一产氢菌的发酵。

Conclution: Aerogenesis variety strains type 14 are commonly exist in shandong province, they have high relevancy with E. coli O32 phenotype traits such as biochemical nature and antigen structure, which indicates we should pay attention to differential diagnosis on these two strains.

C14型产气变种菌株在我省普遍存在。C14型产气变种与大肠杆菌O32的生化特性和抗原结构等表型特性具有高度的相关性，提示在检验工作中应注重对两种菌株的鉴别诊断。

The results showed that under 8% of raw total solids concentration, 6.8-7.4 of pH, the methane tank sludge, 20% of them inoculated, after 30 days of fermentation, it was 9 days of period that the effect was execellent. 结果表明，在原料的总固体浓度为8％、pH值介于6.8～7.4、接种沼气池污泥量为原料干物质重量的20％、发酵周期为30d时，对发酵系统间隔9d换料的效果最好，其在总产气量、日均产气量、池容产气率、料容产气率和原料产气率分别达到了42490.70mL、1416.36mL、0.217m~3／m~3·d、0.241m~3／m~3·d和0.090m~3／kg·TS，都比不换料的对照处理有很大提高，分别提高了153.41％、153.41％、152.33％、153.68％和150％，沼气中的甲烷含量也在70％以上。
