objective:to investigate the present situation and features of infection of incisional wound after sesarean section,so as to find the best method in the diagnosis and prevention of incisional infection.methods:the patients undergoing cesarean section were investigated retrospectively for studying the basic features of incisional infection after operation.results:of 13798 investigated parturients after cesarean section,96 were found with the infection of incisional wound accounting for 0.7%.the main symptom was distending pain or jumping pain on the site of incision,the emergence time of symptom in major cases(78.13%) was 4 to 7 days after operation.the local therapy including drainage,ultraviolet rays or infrared rays irradiation and ultrashort wave therapy was the main method in concert with antibiotic treatment and support therapy.the antibiotic therapy was changeable,and albumin intromission was the main method in the general support therapy.

目的：了解剖宫产手术切口感染的现状特点，分析其感染原因，便于临床上更好的诊断和预防切口感染。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，研究剖宫产切口感染的基本特征。结果：调查产妇13 798例，其中切口感染96例，感染率0.7％，症状主要表现为切口胀痛、跳痛，78.13％出现在术后4～7天，57例产妇伴有发热，占59.38％；感染后治疗主要是局部治疗配合抗生素治疗、支持治疗，局部治疗以引流、紫外线或红外线照射、超短波疗法为主，抗生素的使用比较混乱，全身支持治疗以输入白蛋白为主。

中文摘要：为了解分娩对我国初产妇性健康的影响、产后各种不同类型性问题的发生率以及与性交疼痛发生的相关因素，我们采用横断面研究方法，对2000年11月至2001年7月期间在重庆医科大学临床学院产科分娩活婴的所有初产妇（n=796）进行门诊调查。

Methods 120 Primiparas were adopted bupivacaine and Fentinyl for epidural anesthesia during labor other 150 cases were notperformed any labor analgesia. The pain grading was used for Visual Analogue Scale, The pain relief effects , the labor course and situation of the fetal were observed in two groups and compared the relief effects and the labor course .

采用低浓度的布比卡因与芬太尼硬膜外微泵持续给药对120例产妇进行分娩镇痛与同期未干预的产妇150例相对照，用视觉模拟疼痛评分进行疼痛分级，观察记录孕妇三个产程所用的时间及胎儿的健康情况，比较两组的镇痛效果，产程时间。

The results showed that these obstetrical departments were not fully utilized.In each studied hospital the obstetric bed occupancy rate did not reach 50% except one county general hospital;the average number of deliveries a week per midwife of doctor was only 0.5-2.6.The result also revealed in some township hospitals mothers stayed a few hours in hospitals after delivery.

结果显示：产科床位使用率不高，绝大多数医院都有50%以上的产科床位日没有利用；接生工作负荷亦不高，各医院从事接生人员的1周平均接生数在0.5～2.6之间；在一些乡卫生院产妇住院时间短，50%以上的产妇住院不满1天；陕西的两县剖腹产比例偏低。

Results: Of 6 cases, incisal opening ≥3 cm×2 cm×1.5 cm post debriding, had two times suture; other 24 cases, incisal opening cm×2 cm×1.5 cm, were given anti-inflammation and regional change dressings to live through acute inflammation, and then discharged by means of expectant treatment and regular home visit, all had satisfactory outcome.

Clonidine 75 microg plus 500 microg neostigmine and 75 microg clonidine plus 750 microg neostigmine presented comparable durations of 90 +/- 32 and 108 +/- 38 min (mean +/- SD), respectively, and final analgesic efficacies, with 72.2% and 84%, respectively, of the parturients reporting a visual analog scale score of less than 30 out of 100 after 30 min.

结果显示，各组中的产妇在人口统计数据和初始疼痛评分方面没有差别。150μg可乐定、750μg新斯的明或75μg可乐定与250μg新斯的明联用并未产生止痛效果，或只有短期效果。75μg可乐定与500μg新斯的明联用以及75μg可乐定与750μg新斯的明联用产生的止痛效果持续时间相似，分别为90±32和108±38分钟；两种联用方案的最终止痛效力相似，分别有72.2%和84%的产妇在30分钟后视觉模拟量表评分低于30。
