The psychological nursing to primiparae was useful to release depression and confirm the confidence of spontaneous vaginal delivery. At the same time it can reduce the cesarean section rate and improve delivery quality.

结论通过对初产妇实施心理护理及分娩教育，可以减轻孕妇焦虑、抑郁情绪，增强其对自然分娩的自信心，促进孕产妇身心健康，有效降低剖宫产率，促进顺产分娩率，提高产科质量。

Methods: 45 case s of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ primiparae nearing labor were vandomly divided three groups rand omly (0.16%Rop group, 0.2%Rop group were assigned 15 cases).

随机选择 ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级临产初产妇45例，平均分为三组：0.16%Rop组和0.2%Rop组作为观察组，以及对照组15例。

Results: Antepartum hemorrhage and hypertension were the strongest risk factors for LBW or PTD history, and infection with syphilis had moderately increased risks. Female gender and primiparae were were also significantly associated with the risk of LBW infants.

结果：关於低出生体重儿方面，母亲产前出血及高血压是最强的危险因子，瘦小及肥胖的母亲、二次以上的自然流产经验、以前有低出生体重或早产儿、以及梅毒感染是中度的危险因子，女婴及初产妇亦与低出生体重儿有显著相关。

Methods 120 healthy primiparae were involved in our study.Their psychosises were evaluated according to Hamilton depression scale.Delivery mode and postpartum hemorrhage were observed.Women were divided into caesarean section,forceps and natural groups according to different mode of delivery,as well as into hemorrhage and non hemorrhage groups according to occurance of hemorrhage or not after labor.

120例健康初产妇以汉密顿焦虑量表和抑郁量表评定精神状态，观察其分娩方式及产后出血状况；按分娩方式不同分为剖宫产组、钳产组及顺产组；按是否有产后出血分产后出血组及产后无出血组。

Results Among the whole primiparae observed,the anxious rate was 35.0%,the depress rate was 28.3%,while 16.7% were both anxious and depress.

结果 120例产妇焦虑发生率35.0%，抑郁发生率28.3%，焦虑并抑郁发生率16.7%。
