Results:21 cases of lying-in women(total 5536)occurred placenta accrete,the morbidity of placenta increta was 0.38%.11 patients received uterectomy,10 patients had retention of uterus through receiving local resections of the lesion,transfixion and Compression Hemostasis,21 cases of patients were successful rescued.
