The models of standard HPLC Fingerprint of Radix Scrophulariae were established; Taking the cinnamic acid as the reference peak, the relative time and the relative peak area ration of various characteristics peak were calculated, and the sample from Zhejiang province could be distinguished by this model and the relative peak area ratio of the characteristic components.
