The conclusions of the paper can be explained as following: For the relationship between basic attributes and consciousness of industry cultural activities, subjects' age, profession, married status and residence have the significant effects on the dimensions of consciousness of industry cultural activities. Especially, cultural rootage, sightseeing leisure, and economic benefit are the most important ones. These findings are consistent with the results of local culture, industry activities and scenery features of industry cultural activities.

兹将研究结果说明如下：在受试者基本背景属性与产业文化活动意识构面关联性方面，发现受试者年龄、职业、婚姻状况及居住地区等项目，对产业文化活动意识构面会发生显著差异，其中以「文化扎根」、「观光休闲」及「经济效益」最为重要，此种结果与产业文化活动的「地方文化」、「产业活动」与「景观特色」的三合一功能相当吻合。

With analytical framework to review software outsourcing industry in China at present, we find that, the industry itself faces a lot of problems such as limitation of integration, irrationality of personnel structure, lag of investment environment, lack of intellectual property protection, hypo function of guild, deterioration of service ability, rubber check of industrial supporting policy and so on.

在软件外包产业发展五要素的分析框架下，观察我国软件外包产业现状，可以发现，中国软件外包产业面临企业多且散、集群聚而不合，人才结构不合理，投融资环境建设滞后，知识产权保护力度不够、盗版严重，行业协会功能欠缺、服务能力低下，软件外包产业扶持政策没有落到实处等一系列问题。
