用两种方法给出了该模型在不同情形下双曲性的数学证明，运用特征线方法研究并计算了任意等级MCLWR交通流模型的Riemann不变量，得到了其传递的交通信息，给出了Riemann不变量物理意义的解释，即总密度保持不变和相对密度保持不变，最后又从形式上指出了在多等级车流并行时，MCLWR与LWR两种交通流模型实际上是等价的。

本文第二部分对重庆铁路枢纽内梨树湾至菜园坝一条重要联络线参与重庆轻轨交通新Ⅰ号线进行研究，首先介绍重庆市客运现状和交通路网现状，结合重庆市铁路枢纽的调整规划，通过对梨菜线参与城市轨道交通的几种运营模式和管理模式的比较，提出了一个比较适合重庆市特点的运营管理方案，并从技术、经济、政策方面分析了其可能性和可行性。

And the system of traffic accident identification and remedy remains such defects which lead to the situation mentioned above: Firstly, there is no strict check and appraise measures to qualification of traffic accident judger; Secondly, one identification is the final ruling which may be reckless; Finally, the legal rights and interests of traffic accident parties cannot be guarded effectively and timely due to the present situation of remedy in china.

需要说明的是，在建立交通事故认定行政复议制度的设计上，本人认为应采取可选择性复议前置程序较为妥当；而将交通事故认定纳入到行政诉讼受案范围对其进行司法救济，无论从行政诉讼的立法目的、现行的行政法律规定、交通事故认定所产生的法律后果还是法院对行政案件的审判能力以及对当事人诉权的保护等角度来看，都是十分必要的。

The paper presents a classification of six typical traffic states based on real-detected data and traffic flow model,and then an introduction of the definition and identification method of "state transition" to explain congestion mechanism.A comparison is conducted between "State transition" and B S Kerner's "phase transition",and an analysis is made of its characteristics at different sections and in different hours.
