With the rapid develpoming of rail transit in our country ,more and more attention has been paid to the great influence brought by the rail transit system on the whole urban space.This dissertation first reviews the land resource universality character and the process of theory development,it mainly study the influence on the urban land pattern and land use intension and land–value which rail transit causes to them.

本文从土地资源的一般性质入手，研究城市土地资源的性质及其利用的理论发展过程，着重研究城市交通发展对城市土地格局的影响，其次分析了快速轨道交通建设对沿线土地资源的利用强度、利用性质、地价等方面特征的影响，由此研究在轨道交通影响下的土地开发措施，让轨道交通对城市发展发挥导向作用。

The system of public transportation is mainly composed of light rail transportation, subway transportation and city bus transportation.

The 5th chapter studied the crucial problem of floating detection application, develop the traffic flow information collection technology based on GPS, put forward the general principle and optimization method of the floating detection minimum sample size, and simulate several sample size scenarios of floating detection on the city road with the microscopic simulation software The 6th the combination application optimization of the dynamic traffic flow information collection technology, put forward the necessariness of combination application optimization, then analysed the principle and work steps of combination application optimization design, finally gived an example for the combination application optimization.

第五章是移动型检测器应用的关键问题研究。本章对移动型检测器的空间布置问题进行了研究，设计研究了基于GPS的动态交通流信息采集技术，提出了移动型检测器最小样本量确定的一般原则和方法，并利用微观仿真模拟软件进行了模拟分析。第六章是动态交通流信息采集技术组合应用优化设计研究。本章首先提出了进行动态交通流信息采集技术组合应用优化设计的必要性，然后分析了组合应用优化设计的原则，设计了组合应用优化设计的工作步骤，并举例分析了动态交通流信息采集技术组合方案的优化设计方法。

It consists of 10 subsystems, 122 alarm received and disposed system, Traffic Signal Control System, Municipal Road monitor system, traffic management system, Communication and transition System, Electronic Police System, traffic accident statistic and analysis software, GIS/GPS System, visual detection system to monitor traffic flow, and traffic peccancy system.

它包含10个子系统，即：122接处警系统、交通信号控制系统、城市道路监控系统、交通业务管理系统、通信与传输系统、电子警察系统、事故黑点排查系统、 GIS/GPS 系统、视频交通流量检测系统、交通违章管理系统。

When discussing the transfer between hub and interior traffic,platform layout patterns of different rail lines is be focused on,and also concentrating on the layout patterns,the dimentions analysis,the methods of the networks of the public traffic platform.In the same time,discussing the transfer modes with pedestrain,bycicle,private cars and the so on.

与对外交通衔接包括了轨道与航空、国铁、公路客运及河海港口等城市各主要对外交通方式；在与城市交通衔接时，则着重探讨了轨道交通间的站台布局衔接模式；重点研究了公交站场的布局模式、规模分析及线路规划方法；同时考虑了与步行、自行车、私人小汽车的衔接方式。
