本文根据约束诱导型金融创新理论、规避型金融创新理论、交易成本创新理论等理论，以商业银行中间业务的基本概念和中间业务发展的理论依据为出发点，在全面比较国内外商业银行中间业务发展的基础之上，运用时间序列和面板数据分析方法，选择了国内生产总值、城乡居民人均可支配收入、企业直接融资总额和平均存贷款利差四个宏观经济变量以及不良贷款率、现金资产率和核心资本充足率三个微观经济变量，对影响我国国有商业银行中间业务发展的因素进行实证分析。
