The invention relates to an arbitration method of exchange network, wherein each input buffer inputs one exchange request to arbitrator; based on exchange allowance, building connection allowance with relative output unit; on the idle input buffer and output unit without connection, arbitrator uses random distribution to build one-to-one connection with all input buffer and output unit.

The coupling of heat and mass transfer of liquid desiccant regeneration in an air conditioning system was analyzed and the measures to increase the performance of regeneration were proposed. Then the model constitution and the simulation of virtual process of the torque converter is done in CATIA V5, including the model constitution and the simulation of 5-aixe NC virtual process of the vane, the model constitution（material:PVC） of the idler pulley rapid prototypingand the virtual assembly and the motion simulation of the torque converter, etc. 3-D data exchange between various CAD systems is realized by using STEP standard. The lever of classing the character model of the torque converter is given. And the access authorization is set up and given to manage the partners' reading/writing the product data.

应用并行工程的关键技术之一——面向产品全生命周期的设计DFX中面向功能的设计DFF、面向装配的设计DFA和面向制造的设计DFM的方法，在CATIA V5中完成液力变矩器虚拟设计；在CATIA V5中对液力变矩器进行虚拟加工建模和仿真，包括液力变矩器导轮叶片五轴数控加工刀轨建模与仿真、导轮快速成型RP建模、液力变矩器虚拟装配和运动仿真等；采用STEP标准实现多CAD系统之间三维数据交换，提出液力变矩器特征模型的分级标准并对三维模型数据进行分级管理，制定相应的权限等级以规范合作厂家的产品数据管理层次。

According to the theoretical analysis,the results show that the fresh air dehumidified before mixed with return air is more energy-saving among many kinds of realization shapes.Indoor exhaust used as regeneration air can also reduce the total energy consumption of the system.It may enhance the regeneration property when the recuperator is adopted to absorb energy to preheat the dilute liquid.

对此空调系统进行理论分析，得出如下结论：在溶液除湿蒸发冷却空调系统的多种实现形式中，新风经除湿后与回风混合比新回风混合后再除湿节能；将室内排风返回溶液再生器，进行热湿交换，既可加强对处理空气的预冷，回收排风冷量，又可提高再生器的效率，降低系统能耗；把回热器吸收除湿浓溶液中的部分热量用于溶液再生器的稀溶液预热，可以提高溶液的再生性能。

Though the present switching power supply has been already much lighter and handier than the early linear power supply. But the switching power supply interior still contains a lot of control functions and each control circuit needs some external passive devices, so it still has certain volume and weight.
