Boley and Golub used Gauss quadrature formula to solve the inverse problem, but I used other different methods and thoughts. I obtained a new decomposition form of orthogonal matrix consisted by the unit eigenvectors of Jacobi matrix and found the direct relations between the first row and the orther rows of this orthogonal matrix.

Boley和Golub的算法是用高斯求积公式，而本人另辟蹊径，推出了关于Jacobi矩阵单位特征向量组成的正交阵的一种分解形式，并找到此正交阵第一行和其它行的直接联系，由此避免了通过求特征多项式计算尾主子阵的特征值，得到了新的稳定解法。

The results indicate that the STR method could be used in genetic monitoring of special inbred Xiphophorus helleri.

这些STR位点能够区分剑尾鱼三个近交系品系。结论 STR检测技术可望用于近交系剑尾鱼的遗传质量监测。

Helleri RR-B strain and the average homozygote rate reached 100%. These loci could be used as markers in genetic monitoring of X. helleri RR-B strain, which had obtained fairly high genetic homozygosity by inbreeding for more than 20 generations.

结论］18个微卫星座位可作为剑尾鱼RR-B系遗传监测的分子标记；剑尾鱼RR-B系经20多代的近交培育已具有很高的遗传均一性。

Methods:(1) ADM was produced from swine skins treated with trypsin followed by Triton X-100.(2) type I collagen of mouse tail was extracted by 0.5mol/L acetoacetic acid.(3) Two kinds of ADM were got by being soaked with 0.02% glutaraldehyde for 5~10 min or being soaked with mouse type I collagen for 24h, then preserved at 4℃.

结果表明该虫1年发生1代，以受精雌成虫越冬，翌年3月上旬开始继续取食、生长， 4月中、下旬为产卵盛期，产卵期10~13 天，5月中、下旬为若虫孵化期， 6月上、中旬为若虫定叶、定杆期， 10月上、中旬雄虫羽化与雌成虫交尾后死亡，受精雌成虫11月中旬停止取食开始越冬。
