The genetic variations and polymorphisms of six microsatellite loci were analyzed to determine the population structure and breeding progress of BMY and Brahman cattle. The range of polymorphic information content of six loci was 0.524～0.752. The unbiased expected and observed heterozygosity were similar and were 0.7376 and 0.7396,0.6412 and 0.6537 for BMY and Brahman cattle, respectively. The expected heterozygosity was relatively high in the second generation of BMY in inter se breeding, which was congruent with the breeding progress.

对6个牛微卫星座位的遗传变异及多态性分析，以期了解BMY牛和婆罗门牛的群体遗传结构与育成情况。6个微卫星座位的多态信息含量为在0.524～0.752间，BMY牛、婆罗门牛两个群体的平均期望杂合度和观察杂合度值接近，分别为0.737 6和0.739 6，0.641 2和0.653 7，进入横交固定第二世代的BMY牛期望杂合度值较高，这与我们的育种进展相符。

The results of The biological characteristics of Semanotus bifasciatus have showed: 1. The hole of Semanotus bifasciatus associated with a certain temperature.2.The main damages of Semanotus bifasciatus located oriental arborvitae tree trunks, while above 3m parts are not damaged. 3.The Mating numbers of Semanotus bifasciatus are not unique ,and the duration varied due to the different individuals, the average duration is 3.2 minutes . 4. when are flying , they are more sensitive to blue and green; while moved, they are more sensitive to black.

对双条杉天牛的生物学特性的研究结果表明：双条杉天牛出孔与温度有一定的相关性，温度过低，双条杉天牛停止出孔；对于树高7m以上的树，主要危害侧柏基部的1-3m的主干部分，3m以上基本不受害；双条杉天牛需要经过一段时间的抱合才能交尾，交配对象不专一，雌雄成虫均可以多次交尾，交尾时间长短不一，平均3.2min/次；飞行时对蓝色和绿色较为敏感，爬行时对黑色较为敏感。

Based on platform structural design parameters, simulation research of load coupling among channels for fighting simulation Stewart platform was achieved by using load couping evaluation indexes, and the experimental validation of fighting simulation Stewart platform test prototype was done, which proved the validity and rationality of the load coupling evaluation indexes.

基于平台结构设计参数，运用负载交联耦合评价指标，对飞行模拟Stewart平台通道间负载交联耦合进行了仿真研究，并用飞行模拟Stewart平台试验样机进行了试验验证，证明了负载交联辐合评价指标的有效性和合理性。

Three full-sibling binary CMS lines, 11 back-cross binary CMS lines, 10 half-sibling binary CMS lines, 10 isozygoty CMS lines and five restorer lines were chosen to make 50 single hybrids and 120 modified single cross hybrids by the way of NC Ⅱ design. The plots of F1 were arranged in the field in a randomized complete block design with 2 replications and the combining ability of 7 characters were analyzed using random model.

利用3个全同胞型二元不育系、11个回交型二元不育系和10个半同胞型二元不育系及其10个亲本纯合不育系，分别与南恢04、明恢86、辐恢838、先恢207和密阳46等5个恢复系按照NCⅡ交配设计配制了50个单交种和120个改良单交种，按随机区组的随机模型分析方法，对二元不育系主要性状进行了配合力分析。

The results were as follows: Firstly, the S-locus of Katy was heterozygous, and self-compatibility was dominant to self-incompatibility. Secondly, a very extensive segregation in self-pollinated fruiting rate, fertile flower rate and average fruit weight was observed in the F1 populations, and averages of these traits were lower than that of mid-parent means. Therefore, these traits were confirmed to be quantitative.

结果表明，（1）凯特杏的S基因位点为杂合型，自交亲和对自交不亲和为显性遗传；（2）3个杂交组合的自交坐果率、有效花比率及平均单果重等性状在F1中广泛分离，杂种群体的平均值低于亲中值，表现明显的衰退现象，表明这3个性状均为数量性状。

But significant differences were found in coefficient of variation and broad-sense heritability (H2) of the three characters: CV and H2 of self-pollinated fruiting rate were both greatest, with the variation mainly resulted from inheritance, and high inheritance potential; H2 of fertile flower rate was the least and its variation was less from inheritance; CV of average fruit weight was the least and its inheritance potential is small. Thirdly, the ratios of sweet to bitter kernel of F1 progenies in positive and reverse crosses between Katy and Taianshuixing were 18∶16 and 13∶12, and were both in agreement with a 1∶1 segregation by χ2 test, which demonstrated that the bitter kernel character of Katy was heterozygous.

但3个性状的变异系数和广义遗传力(H2)均差异很大，其中自交坐果率的变异系数(101.5%～139.1%)和广义遗传力(87.1%～91.4%)均较大，表明变异主要来自遗传效应，并且自交坐果率的遗传潜能大；有效花比率的广义遗传力最小(36.8%～49.1%)，表明其遗传效应较小；平均单果重的变异系数最小(24.0%～29.7%)，说明平均单果重的遗传潜能小；（3）凯特与泰安水杏正反交的杂种一代甜仁与苦仁的比例分别为18∶16和13∶12，经χ2检验符合1∶1的分离比例，证明控制凯特杏甜仁与苦仁这对性状的基因位点是杂合的。
