Firstly, headspace solid-phase microextraction was established to determine AITC by orthogonal design. There were some other isothiocycannates, such as butane, 1-isothiocyanato-, isobutyl isothiocyanate, 1-benzene, 4-isothiocyanato-, benzene (2-isothiocyanatoethyl)-, etc.
