目的 观察奥沙利铂(Oxaliplatin， L-OHP)联合氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷、亚叶酸钙、丝裂霉素+超液化碘油动脉介入+静脉化疗双通路对转移性肝癌的临床疗效方法不能手术的转移性肝癌38例，经皮股动脉穿刺插管至腹腔动脉，并超选至肿瘤的供血供氧血管后灌注化疗药并栓塞，于次日再给予静脉化疗。
