The relationship between the two kinds of structure is the important pledge of healthy, comfortable and sustainable humanistic objective for urban enviroment. In allusion to the problem urgent to solve in recent creation, the article summarizes the humanistic design concept and strategy for serried region of high-rise building, from the analysis of the building noumenon, space, interior and exterior enviroment in urban"serried-core". The strategies are form creation strategies which cultivate formal individuality in the relationship with urban enviroment, and conform urban context in the relationship with restrictive factors; space creation strategies which creat humanistic space and site by attempering architectural space and urban space, and call for humanistic scalc and inspirit by the combination of architectural space and urban function; enviroment creation stategies which create sustainable physical enviroment based on steady urban zoology, and construct poetic humanistic enviroment during the course of compound urbar enviroment.

针对目前创作中亟待解决的问题，着重从城市"簇群核"的形式、空间、环境及其主要载体——高层建筑等方面深刻解析，鲜明提出了在城市大背景中高层建筑密集区的人性化创作观念和策略，论证了在与形式制约因素的关联中系统整合城市文脉、在与城市人文环境的互动中努力培育形式个性的形式创作策略；在建筑空间与城市空间的互参调度中创作人性空间和场所、在建筑空间与城市功能的有效结合中弘扬人性尺度和精神的空间创作策略；在稳定城市生态的前提下创造持续可居的物理环境、在复合城市环境的过程中营建诗意栖居的人文环境的环境创作策略。

In this study, on the basis of information theory and statistical methods, we use mutual information, n-tuple entropy and conditional entropy, combining with biological characteristics, to analyze the long range correlation and short range correlation in human Y chromosome palindromes.

本文中，我们利用信息论和统计学的方法并结合生物学的特征研究人类Y染色体回文序列的互信息、'n字'熵、条件熵，定量分析了回文序列的长程关联和短程关联，发现其中既存在长程关联，也存在短程关联，并且它们主要是由序列中的重复序列引起的。

Positive association were still remained for two locus that MNAT1-rs973063 and PCNA-rs25406 and lung cancer risk even after 1000 times permutation test.During the stratified analysis,we revealed that that several genes in the NER pathway could interact with age,gender,family cancer history and smoking status.

在进行了多重校正后，有两个位点仍显示出关联显著性：MNAT1-rs973063(p=0.02)，PCNA-rs25406(p=0.03)；在随后进行的分层分析中，我们发现NER通路多个基因分别和年龄、性别、肿瘤家族史以及吸烟状况之间存在互作，提示该通路基因位点可能主要是通过和环境交互作用产生效应；我们还进行了单倍型的分析，结果发现PCNA和RPA1两个基因上的单倍型和肺癌易感性相关。

Moreover,the NRTL and UNIQUAC models,of which theinteraction parameters were expressed as afunction of the temperature from 298.2Kto 348.2K,were respectively used to correlate the LLE data in the range of 298.2K to348.2K for each binary system.The results show that the correlation accuracy of theUNIQUAC model is better than that of the NRTL model and is satisfactory.
