METHODS: 10 mL bone marrow was extracted from dog posterior superior iliac spine, heparin anticoagulation, diluted using Hanks juice, treated with 1.077 g/mL Ficoll solution 3 mL, and centrifuged at 2 000 r/min for 20 minutes. Karyocytes were absorbed to form white cloudlike layering interface, and then centrifuged twice using DMEM supplemented with fetal bovine serum, incubated at 12×104/cm2 at 37 ℃ in a 5% CO2 incubator.

于犬髂后上棘抽取骨髓液10 mL，肝素抗凝，Hanks液稀释后，加入1.077 g/mL Ficoll液3 mL，2 000 r/min离心20 min，吸取有核细胞形成白色云雾状的分层界面，用含胎牛血清的DMEM离心2遍，按12×104/cm2密度接种，于37 ℃、体积分数为5%的CO2培养箱内培养。

Results:31 cases (34.8%) had bronchovascular shadows with the small spot shadows;32 cases (35.9%) had clouded shadows;26 cases (29.2%) had patchy shadows and pulmonary cyst; We also can find pneumothorax, hydropneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, subcutaneous emphysema, fracture of costal bone.

结果：肺纹理有改变伴有小斑点状阴影31例(34 8%)；出现云雾状及磨玻璃状阴影32例(35 2 %)；有大片模糊的较高密度影和肺囊肿影2 6例(2 9 2 %)；另外还发现气胸、液气胸、纵隔气肿、皮下气肿及肋骨骨折等。

Results:31 cases (34.8%) had brochovacular shadows with the small spot shaows;32 cases (35.9%)had clouded shadow; 26 cases (29.2%) had patchy shadows and pulmonary cyst ;We alse can find pneumothorax,hydropneumothorax,mediastinal emphysema,subcutaneous emphysema,fracture of costal bone.

结果：肺纹理有改变伴有小斑点状阴影37例（37%）；出现云雾状及磨玻璃状阴影48例（48%）；有大片状模糊的较高密度影和肺囊肿15例（15%）；另外还发现气胸、液气胸、纵隔气肿、皮下气肿及肋骨骨折等。

Results The more volume hyperthermal distilled water was injected, the bigger coagulative necrosis area in pork liver, the stronger cloudiness echo in its ultrasound examination.

结果 离体猪肝凝固性坏死面积随注射高温水剂量增加而增大，超声显示云雾状强回声随注射量的增加而增大。

结果CT表现分为4型：(1)间质型10例，肺血管影增粗、模糊，(2)弥漫实变型15例：肺实质内散在斑点状、小片状稍高密度灶；(3)云雾型20例，呈磨砂玻璃改变的云雾状稍高密度灶；(4)节段实变型15例，大片状或呈叶、段分布的高密度灶。结论螺旋CT能够明确显示创伤性湿肺的部位、类型、范围和发现合并伤的存在，是目前诊断创伤性湿肺有效的检查手段之一。

Results All the 18 rabbit models entered the final analysis.
