Test results show that leaching rate of vanadium pentoxide is up to 92% at the temperature of 90℃, with mass ratio of liquid and solid being 2:1, usage of manganese dioxide being 3%, with concentration of sulfuric acid of 20%, and mixing speed at 1500 r/min. It is about 10% higher than roasting. Environmental pollution and energy consumption can also be effectively controlled.

实验结果表明，在MnO2用量3%、温度90℃、液固比2：1、反应时间9 h、硫酸的浓度为20%、搅拌速度为1500 r/min的优化条件下，五氧化二钒浸出率为92%，比钠盐焙烧工艺高出10%以上，环境污染和能源消耗也得到有效控制。
