Apparent partition coefficient in octanol-water and binding percentage to BSA of ~(153)Sm-NTMP,~(153)Sm-HEDTMP,~(153)Sm-DCTMP,~(153)Sm-EDTMP,~(153)Sm-DTPMP,~(113,117) Sn~m-EDTMP,~(113,117) Sn~m-HEDTMP,~(113,117) Sn~m-DTPMP are measured. The results show that there is a linear relationship between the relative magnitude of the apparent partition coefficient in octanol-watetr and the relative magnitude of the binding percentage to BSA of these ~(153)Sm~(113,117Sn~m complexes.

测定了NTMP，HEDTMPN (羟乙基乙二胺基三亚甲基膦酸，DCTMP(1，2 环己二胺四亚甲基膦酸)，EDTMP(乙基二胺基四亚甲基膦酸)，DTPMP(二乙基三胺基五亚甲基膦酸)的153Sm配合物以及HEDTMP，EDTMP，DTPMP的113，117Snm配合物在正辛醇水中的表观脂水分配系数和在0 5%牛血清白蛋白水溶液中与BSA的结合率。

In order to research the relations of carbon sources to structure of PHAs, six kinds of PHAs sample were synthesized by activated sludge with six different carbon sources respectively in the aerobic-anaerobic-anoxic process. Their structures were determined by 〓HNMR、〓CNMR and GC-MS. When the carbon source was acetate, the unit composition of PHAs was 93. 91mol％ 3-hydroxybutanoic acid and 6. 09mol％ 3-hydroxypentanoic acid ; When the carbon source was propionate, the unit composition of PHAs was 28. 66mol％ HB, 63. 13mol％HV, 2. 55mol％ 2-methy-3-hydroxy-butanoic acid (2MHB) and 5. 66mol％ 2-methyl-3-hydroxypentanoic acid (2MHV); When the carbon source was 80％ butyrate and 20％ 1, 4-butanediol, the unit composition of PHAs was 65. 03mol％ HB, 28. 06mol％HV, 1. 91mol％2MHB, 2. 69mol％ 2MHV, 0.73mol％ 4-hydroxy butanoic acid (4HB), 0.78mol％ 4-methyl-3-hydroxy-pentanoic acid (4MHV), 0.80mol％ 3-hydroxyhexanoic acid ; When the carbon source was 20％ butyrate and 80％ 1, 4-butanediol, the unit composition of PHAs was 61. 39mol％ HB, 23. 01mol％HV, 4. 58mol％2MHB, 5. 97mol％ 2MHV, 0.91mol％ 4HB, 2. 37mol％ 4MHV, 1. 77mol％ HHx; When the carbon source was 60％ pentanoate and 40％glucose, the unit composition of PHAs was 41. 24mol％ HB, 58. 76mol％HV; When the carbon source was 60％ benzoate and 40％ glucose, the unit composition of PHAs was 65. 48mol％ HB and 34. 52mol％ HV.

为了研究不同碳源与产物PHAs结构的关系，采用好氧-厌氧-缺氧模式利用6种不同碳源培养活性污泥得到6种不同的PHAs样品，通过〓HNMR、〓CNMR和GC-MS谱图确定了这6种PHAs的单体成分和比例：以乙酸钠培养活性污泥得到的PHAs的单体组成是93.91mol％3-羟基丁酸和6.09mol％3-羟基戊酸；以丙酸钠培养活性污泥得到的PHAs的单体组成除28.66mol％HB、63.13mol％HV外，另外还有2.55mol％3-羟基2-甲基丁酸（2MHB）和5.66mol％3-羟基2-甲基戊酸（2MHV）；以80％丁酸钠和20％1，4-丁二醇混合溶液培养活性污泥得到的PHAs含有七种单体组成：65.03mol％HB，28.06mol％HV，1.91mol％2MHB，2.69mol％2MHV，0.73mol％4-HB（4-羟基丁酸），0.78mol％4MHV（3-羟基-4-甲基戊酸），0.80％HHx（3-羟基己酸）；以20％丁酸钠和80％1，4-丁二醇培养活性污泥所得到的PHAs含有与3#样品相同的七种单体，只是比例不同，分别是61.39mol％，23.01mol％，4.58mol％，5.97mol％，0.91mol％，2.37mol％，1.77mol％；以60％戊酸钠和40％葡萄糖培养活性污泥所得到的PHAs由HB和HV组成，比例是41.24 mol％∶58.76 mol％；以60％苯甲酸钠和40％葡萄糖培养活性污泥所得到的PHAs也由HB和HV组成，比例是65.48 mol％∶34.52 mol％。

SM6 and SM7 of uncrystal were analyzed through GC-MS, the results showedthat SM6 main contained unsaturated fatty aldehyde with fragrance, i.e.-2,4-decadienal(58%), tetradecanoic acid (55.78%), 2-decenal(50%), Phthalic acid isobutylundecyl ester(47%), 2, 4-Decadienal(41%), 2-Undecenal (31%), 2-Methyl-Z,Z-3, 13-octadecadi-enol(18.84%), and SM7 contained saturation alkanes, i.e. 1, 2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, butyl cyclohexyl ester(23.90%), Triacontane(22.63%),Nonacosane(21.04%), Heptadecane(18.84%), Octacosane(13.58%). Toxicological experiments were done to insure the pigment safety.

并对紫红丝膜菌色素非晶体部分的黄色油状物SM6和紫色粉末物SM7作了GC-MS分析，结果显示SM6中主要为具有香气成分的不饱和脂肪醛，其中含量较高的依次为：-2，4-癸二烯醛(58％)、十四烷酸(55.78％)、2-癸烯醛(50％)、邻苯二甲酸异丁基十一烷酯(47％)、2，4-癸二烯(41％)、2-十一碳烯醛(31％)、2-甲基-Z，Z-3，13-十八碳二烯酸(18.45％)等；SM7中主要为饱和直链烷烃，其中含量较高的依次为：1，2-苯二羧酸丁基环己酯(23.90％)、三十烷(22.63％)、二十九烷(21.04％)、十七烷(18.84％)、二十八烷(13.58％)。

Kinds of fatty acids were detected by method 1 and 24 fatty acids were detected by method 2. The results showed that the main components of the fatty acids in pomegranate seeds are: octadecenoic acid, octadecdienoic acid, docosanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, octadecanoic acid, eicosenoic acid and eicosanoic acid.

方法一共检测出14种脂肪酸，主成分为油酸、亚油酸、山嵛酸、棕桐酸、硬脂酸和二十碳烯酸；方法二共检测出24种脂肪酸，主成分为棕橺酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、山嵛酸、油酸、亚油酸、二十碳烯酸等。

The results showed that myristic acid(14∶0) and linoleic acid (18∶2) were significantly increased,and positively correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB;while the levels of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA,22∶6),arachidonic acid (20∶4) and docosatetraenoic acid (22∶4) and stearic acid(18∶0) are significantly decreased, and inversely correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB in patients with hyperlipemia.

结果表明：患者肉豆蔻酸(14∶0)和亚油酸(18∶2)明显增高，与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇和载脂蛋白B水平呈正相关；而二十二碳六烯酸(DHA，22∶6)、二十碳四烯酸(AA，20∶4)和二十二碳四烯酸(22∶4)以及硬脂酸(18∶0)明显降低，与TC、TG、LDL-C和apoB水平呈负相关。

结果表明：患者肉豆蔻酸（140）和亚油酸（182）明显增高，与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白－胆固醇和载脂蛋白B水平呈正相关；而二十二碳六烯酸（DHA，226）、二十碳四烯酸（AA，204）和二十二碳四烯酸（224）以及硬脂酸（180）明显降低，与TC、TG、LDL－C和apoB水平呈负相关。
