In the paper, the orientation behaviors of polyurethane film were investigated by means of infrared dichroism measurement.

Chapter 4:The interactions between bergenin,esculin,gallic acid and caffeic acidwith HSA in AOT/isooctane/water microemulsions were characterized for the firsttime using fluorescence spectroscopy in combination with UV absorptionspectroscopy,FT-IR spectroscopy,CD spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering technique.

第四章：利用荧光光谱法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法、圆二色性光谱法、傅里叶变换红外光谱法和动态激光散射技术首次系统研究了在AOT/异辛烷/水构成的反相微乳介质中岩白菜素、秦皮甲素、没食子酸和咖啡酸与HSA之间的相互作用。

The molecular weight of broad bean vicilin and legumin measured by gel filtration chromatography were 135000 and 351000, DSC showed that their denature temperatures were 72℃ and 87℃ respectively. The legumin had a lowest solubility at pH 4. 5-5. 0 whereas the vicilin at pH5. 5. Vicilin and legumin were all possessed low levels of α-helical and high β-sheet secondary structure fractions. The total content of α-helical,β-sheet and β-turn fraction of vicilin and legumin reached to 90% and 78% separately showed that they had a high ordered structure in solution.

对两种组分的凝胶层析表明7S和11S的相对分子质量分别为135000和351000；DSC分析显示其热变性温度分别为72℃和87℃；溶解度分析表明：11S球蛋白在pH4.5-5.0之间，7S球蛋白在pH5.5时具有最低的溶解度；圆二色性分析结果显示7S和11S球蛋白的β-折叠结构含量分别高达40.5％和38.1％，证明二者都属于β-折叠型蛋白质，二者的α-螺旋、β-折叠和β-转角结构的含量总和分别达到了90％和78％，从而说明它们在溶液中的结构是高度有序的。

Using papain to hydrolyze the legumin and vicilin respectively showed that it could obtain higher DH from legumin than from vicilin, and the emulsifying activity of legumin hydrolysates was also increased more than vicilin hydrolysates. It was easier to hydrolyze the β-sheet fractions than α-helical fractions of broad bean legumin by papain, but to vicilin the β-sheet fractions was difficult to be hydrolyzed.

发现Papain对11S的水解程度大于7S，11S水解物的乳化活性也高于7S水解物；对水解物的圆二色性分析表明：蚕豆11S球蛋白的β-折叠结构易于被木瓜蛋白酶作用，而7S球蛋白的α-螺旋结构易于被木瓜蛋白酶作用；蛋白质分子中的α-螺旋结构对乳状液的形成和稳定起着重要作用。

The establishment and relaxation processes of the transient gratings, which are formed by two recording 514nm beams with different polarization directions, SS, PP, SP and ±45℃, are investigated. Using the weak absorption of the chromophores at 632. 8nm and the positive dichroism of the chromophores molecules, a kind of bi-photonic transient gratings, owing to the periodic distribution of Trans and Cis isomers, is established first time in azo-dye doped polymeric bulk sample.

实验考察了两束514nm的写入光在不同偏振情况下（SS，PP，SP和±45），在样品中形成的瞬态栅的建立和弛豫情况；利用偶氮生色团在632.8nm波段的微弱吸收和生色团分子的正二向色性，首次在块状偶氮聚合物材料中形成一种基于生色团反式和顺式异构体密度分布的双色光瞬态栅；利用瞬态栅的快速建立和弛豫，考察了其在衍射型全光开关方面的潜在应用。

The UV and IR spectroscopic studies of the monomer films showed that the photoreaction ratio of monomer (about 50%) was higher than the corresponding photosensitive polymer (about 10%, PVCi). The polarized IR spectra proved that obvious anisotropic absorption was displayed in the irradiated photosensitive film. With polarizing microscopy method, we found that these kinds of photoalignment films exhibited good alignment ability, and the stability of the photoalignment film could reach about 100℃. 2 A photosensitive self-assembled monolayer was fabricated that contained photo-cycloadditable groups, such as, coumarin and cinnamate. The reaction process were detected by contact angle method because the IR absorption of monolayer was very weak. The photosensitive self-assembled monolayer promote uniform alignment of nematic liquid crystals by LPUV, and it thermal stability could reach about 130℃. 3 A cationic bolaform amphiphiles was synthesized that had two photosensitive double bonds, and can be polymerized by ultraviolet. A layer-by-layer self-assembled deposition film was prepared in aqueous solution by using this material and poly (sodium 4-styrenesulfonate). The UV-Vis. spectra proved that the multilayers film was uniform and layer-by-layer. When LPUV irradiated the film, the photopolymerizable double bond underwent [2+2] cycloaddition, and the production of the reaction distributed along the polarized direction of incident LPUV. Polarized UV-Vis. spectra indicated that the irradiated self-assembled multiplayer film was anisotropic, and the dichromic ration is about 0.09, it is higher than the spin-coating method of photosensitive polymer or monomer. We used this anisotropic film as alignment layer of nematic liquid crystals, and obtained a uniform and stability alignment result, the static contrast ratio is about 100, which is very close to application of liquid crystal device. This thesis is an instance that the photochemical material was used in the physics region of liquid crystals, the route that was from photosensitive monomer, self-assembled monolayer film to self-assembled multiplayer film was undergone, by this logical research method photoailgnment of liquid crystal was extended and consummated.

围绕上述思路开展了如下工作：1合成了三种可进行光二聚反应的光敏小分子单体，LPUV 辐照制作了光控取向膜；用紫外-可见光谱法和红外光谱法分析了薄膜中的光化学反应，发现小分子的光反应程度可达到50%以上，至少比光敏高分子高出5倍；薄膜的偏振红外光谱证实，经过LPUV 辐照后薄膜出现了明显的各向异性；将小分子光控取向膜制成液晶器件，在偏光显微镜下观察看到均匀一致的液晶取向；并且热稳定性达到100℃左右，接近实用化要求。2制备了含肉桂酸、香豆素基团的自组装单层膜；采用接触角的方法监测自组装反应的动力学过程；紫外-可见光谱证实了自组装单层膜在石英基板表面形成；自组装单层膜经LPUV 辐照后能诱导液晶均匀取向，而且热稳定性可达130℃，热稳定性进一步提高。3合成了含有光敏双键的双季铵盐，在水溶液状态下将它和聚乙烯基苯磺酸钠沉积生成layer-by-layer 自组装多层膜，紫外-可见光谱证实这是一个逐层均匀的沉积；在LPUV 照射下，自组装膜中的光敏双键按照偏振方向发生[2+2]环加成反应，形成取向膜，用二向色性值评价的分子取向度高于高分子及小分子光控取向膜的水平；实验证明用自组装多层膜制成的液晶器件亮暗态均匀，静态对比度约为100，达到实用化器件的水平。

Circular dichroism spectroscopy measurements also reveal that the ordered structure content of α-helical and β-structure of ovalbumin decrease, and the unfolded random structure is enhanced with increasing pressure; While the existence of dextran sulphate to the native ovalbumin, there are no apparent change on the secondary structure of ovalbumin; It seems same to glycinin.

圆二色性光谱分析表明，经超高压处理后，鸡蛋清蛋白分子中规则的二级结构减少，而部分规则的二级结构和无规卷曲含量增加。加入硫酸右旋糖苷的鸡蛋清蛋白溶液经超高压处理后其二级结构中各部分的含量变化不大：对于大豆豆球蛋白，加入硫酸右旋糖苷后，大豆豆球蛋白分子经超高压处理后其有序结构的减少及无规卷曲的增加都相对减缓。

以Keggin结构多金属氧酸盐为建筑单元，通过手性的铜-脯氨酸配合物作为模板剂构筑了2个基于Keggin结构多金属氧酸盐的3D纯手性化合物，化合物1和2是一对对映体，代表了世界上第一例3D手性多酸化合物，具有由同手性螺旋缠绕形成的手性孔道，水溶液中的圆二色谱表征这个3D手性化合物可稳定存在，显示这个物种可以在不对称催化及手性药物方面有潜在的巨大的应用价值。

Antioxidative activity of flavonoids from Lespedeza bicolor were investigated by examining the scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion O2(superscript - and the inhibitions on auto-oxidation of lard, rape seed oil, and linoleic acid, The results showed that LBF had significant scavenging functions to free radical and superoxide anion, and the scavenging effect increased with the increase of the content of LBF; LEF can remarkably inhibit auto-oxidation of lard, rape seed oil, and linoleic acid, indicating its potential as a natural antioxidant.

通过二色胡枝子黄酮(Lespedeza bicolor flavonoids， LBF)清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子的效果及抑制猪油、菜油、和亚油酸的自氧化来研究二色胡枝子黄酮的抗氧化活性。其研究结果表明，二色胡枝子黄酮对清除自由基有显著性作用，且清除率随黄酮浓度的增加而增大；能够极显著地抑制猪油、菜油、亚油酸的自氧化(P.01)，抑制作用随浓度的增大而增强。作为天然的抗氧化剂，二色胡枝子黄酮具有一定的开发利用价值。
