RESULTS:①Cytocompatibility of PEG-PLA-PGL membranes with HUVECs: The observation result of phase contrast microscopy showed that, endothelial cells planted on the PEG-PLA-PGL membranes began to attach and stretch after being planted 4-6 hours. Three days later, cells grew in colonies rapidly, after 5 days, colonies began to fuse and seemed like cobble-stone. The cells were shuttle or polygon in shape after passages.

结果：①人脐静脉内皮细胞与聚乙二醇-聚乳酸-聚谷氨酸三嵌段共聚物膜片的细胞相容性：相差显微镜下种植在聚乙二醇-聚乳酸-聚谷氨酸三嵌段共聚物膜片上的细胞4~6 h后即开始贴壁、伸展，3 d后细胞开始呈集落样生长，生长较快，5 d后细胞集落开始融合，呈现特征性的鹅卵石样形态，经多次传代后，细胞呈长梭形或多角形，与对照组相比无明显差异。

In this dissertation, two derivatives of aniline containing polyoxyethylene substituent m-phenylene diamino formyl alkylenediamine poly acetate and poly-3-aminobenzoate were designed and synthesized. And then, comb-shaped polyaniline grafted by PEO were prepared by chemical oxidation copolymerization. The structure of copolymers were characterized by FTIR, ultraviolet-visible spectrum, elemental analysis and TEM etc..

本文在设计并合成两种含聚氧乙烯取代基的苯胺衍生物——间苯二氨基甲酰己二氨基甲酸聚氧乙烯乙酸酯和3-聚氧化乙烯单甲醚基苯胺的基础上，采用化学氧化法将它们与苯胺进行共聚，制备出了聚氧乙烯接枝聚苯胺的梳型共聚物。

The results showed that there was a more better effect of filmformation and absorbency to use poly 1788 as an adhesive and polyvinyl pyrrolidone(K:90) as a hydrophilic polymer. The silicon dioxide with particle size 0.3-1 μm as a inorganic pigment had a better absorbency. The polyethylene glycol modified with ethylenediamine had a more better characteristic of dye immobilization, absorbency and definition than the polyethylene glycol modified with diethylenetriamine, of which the polyethylene glycol of molecular weight of 400 modifiedwith ethylenediamine had more best performance.

研究结果表明：采用聚乙烯醇1788作黏合剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K值为90)作亲水性高分子可得到比较理想的成膜效果和吸墨效果；粒径分布范围在0.3-1 μm的二氧化硅作为无机颜料具有较好的吸墨性能；用乙二胺改性的聚乙二醇比用二乙三胺改性的聚乙二醇具有更好的固墨性、吸墨效果以及清晰度，其中乙二胺改性的分子量为400的聚乙二醇所得到的烷基多胺的效果为最好。

In-situ synthesis process was used to prepare copper nanoparticles and coppernanoparticles-polyethylene glycol oil solution by reduction of copper acetate by glycol in polyethylene glycol containing amido ligand as dispersant.
