This dissertation divides into seven chapters and the main contents and conclusions are listed as following:1. Three series binuclear lanthanide carboxylate coordination polymers 1～7 have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by altering the length of carbon chains between carboxyl group and phenyl ring on ligands, which are isophthalic acid, 1,3-phenylenediacetic acid and 1,3-phenoxydiacetic acid, and lanthanide ions such as Pr~(3+), Eu~(3+)and Ho~(3+).

论文共分七章，主要研究内容和结论如下：1、通过改变间苯二甲酸配体的羧基和苯环之间的碳链长度，从间苯二甲酸、间苯二乙酸到间苯二氧乙酸，以及改变稀土离子半径Pr~(3+、Eu~(3+)和Ho~(3+)出发，在水热条件下制备了三个系列双核金属单元的稀土羧酸二维配位聚合物1～7。

They have close relationship as the former may provide new ideas and approaches for the later, while the later may be the simulation for the former and gives it helps in degradation products identification and mechanism explanation. It is necessary to choose a suitable system, which has high potential of treating EDs and close relationship to the natural environment, to combine the researches in the two aspects. Our group has been engaged in researches on the photochemical properties and application to water pollution control of different ferric species including Fe -OH complexes, Fe -polycarboxylate complexes, Ferric oxides and Fe -humic acid complexes. Fe -oxalate complexes system has higher efficiency than the other ferric species systems in photooxidation and degradation of organic compounds. This thesis is focused on the photodegradation of nine EDs estradiol (E2), estrone (E1), 17α-ethynyl estradiol (EE2), diethylstilbestrol , bisphenol-A , 4-Nonylphenol , 4-Octylphenol , di-n-butyl phthalate , and di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate .

因此从处理效率和环境化学意义两方面考虑，结合本课题组在不同铁形态（包括Fe-OH配合物、Fe-多羧酸配合物、Fe氧化物、Fe-腐殖酸配合物等）的光化学特性及其在水污染控制中的应用方面较系统的研究工作基础，本论文选择了四类共9种典型的内分泌干扰物（雌二醇（E2）、雌酮（E1）、17α-乙炔基雌二醇（EE2）己雌酚、双酚A、壬基酚、辛基酚、酞酸二丁酯和酞酸二乙基己基酯），研究了它们在Fe-草酸盐配合物体系中的光降解效果，推测其降解机理，探索环境内分泌干扰物光氧化处理的新体系，同时为预测其在环境中的光降解行为提供了依据。

ABSTRACT Immobilized penicillin acylase (from E.coli) was used to catalyze 7 phenylacetamido 3 E propenyl cephalosporanic acid hydrolyzation into 7 amino 3 E propenyl cephalosporanic acid. Then, trans APRA was acylated with hydroxyethyl ester of 4 hydroxy D phenylglycine to obtain trans cefprozil.

以7 苯乙酰氨基 3 E 丙烯基 3 头孢菌素 4 羧酸为原料，在青霉素酰化酶作用下，首先酶法水解得到3 E 丙烯基 3 头孢菌素 4 羧酸，过滤固相酶，滤液调pH分离得到反式APRA固体；在青霉素酰化酶作用下，反式APRA再与对羟基苯甘氨酸乙二醇酯缩合，得到反式头孢丙烯；酶法合成所得的产品与进口反式头孢丙烯对照品一致。

Both crystallographically unique Zn atoms exit as an octahedral geometry. The four equatorial positions of Zn1 atom are occupied by the carboxylate-oxygen atoms of the two tartrates, and the two oxygens of the left four carboxylate-oxygen atoms coordinate to two different Zn2 atoms, respectively, forming infinite coordination polymer chains. The left two of the trans equatorial positions of Zn2 atom are completed with two oxygen atoms of two water molecules. The axial positions of both Zn atoms are occupied by the nitrogen atoms from different 4,4'-bipyridine molecules to give a 2D rectangular-grid layers with a cavity dimension of 0.51165(3)nm×1.13896(5) nm. A three dimensional network is formed by the crystallization water chains joined by the carboxylate-oxygen atoms through hydrogen-bonding interactions.

两个晶体学独立的Zn原子均为八面体构型，其中Zn1原子赤道配位点被2个酒石酸根中的4个羧酸根氧螯合配位， 2个酒石酸根中剩下的4个羧酸根氧中的2个分别与2个Zn2原子连接形成无限一维链， Zn2原子的另外2个反式赤道配位点被2个水分子氧占据，同时这两种Zn原子的轴向配位点均被4，4'-联吡啶的氮原子占据，形成具有矩形格子[0.51165(3) nm×1.13896(5) nm]的二维层状结构，游离的2个水分子通过氢键作用形成二聚体，并与酒石酸根中未与Zn配位的羧酸氧连接，把二维层状结构连接成三维网状的超分子结构。

Two oleanane type triterpenes were isolated from the crude drug Lu Lu Tong , the fruits of Liquidambar formosana and their structures were elucidated as 2α,3β dihydroxy 23 norolean 4(24), 12(13) dien 28 oic acid(1), 2α,3β,23 trihydroxyolean 12(13) en 28 oic acid(2), based on 13 C NMR, DEPT, 1H NMR, 1H 1H COSY, 13 C 1H COSY, IR, MS and elemental analysis.

从生药路路通分离得到2个齐墩果烷骨架的五环三萜类化合物。通过13CNMR，DEPT，1HNMR，2D1H－13CCOSY，2D1H－1HCOSY，IR，MS和元素分析阐明了它们的结构。（1）为2α，3β－二羟基－23－去甲－齐墩果－4（24），12（13）－二烯－28－羧酸，（2）为2α，3β，23－三羟基齐墩果－12（13）－烯－28－羧酸，（1）未见文献报道，（2）是首次从这一植物中分离得

The copolycondesation type polyamic acid was synthesized by using pyromellitic dianhydride and 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride as the dianhydride monomers, 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane and 4,4'-oxydianiline as the diamine monomers under microwave irradiation in dimethylformamide.

The present invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid copolymer which is obtained by copolymerization of monomer components comprising a polyalkyleneimine unsaturated monomer (A2) and an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, the polyalkylene glycol unsaturated monomer (A2) having an oxyalkylene group bonded to a polyhydric alcohol residue, and the monomer component containing an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer.
