In this thesis, we design and implement a 3D reconstruction system. A contour-based image contains a lots of the point sets in the Cartesian coordinate system. This point sets are the contours.

在本论文里设计且实作了一套重建三维物件的系统，每一张以轮廓线为主的二维影像其所包含的东西就是一堆在XY座标上的点的集合，这些点的集合就是轮廓线。

The system consists of four parts such as Data Management of Product Model,Finite Element Analysis, Optimal Design and Graphics Drawing; and its main work is searching for an optimal scheme of chief axis with Sequential Quadratic Programming Method by finite element static and dynamic characteristical analysis of the axis and saving the results of design as documents or outputing them.

系统出产品模型数据管理、有限元分析、优化设计和图形绘制四部分组成。通过对车床主轴二维垂直剖面力学模型的有限元静、动态特性分析，采用序列二次规划的优化设计方法寻求主轴设计的优化方案，并将优化设计结果形成文档或输出。提出产品设计模型的概念，通过它可自动生成有限元分析模型、优化设计模型和图形模型三个子模型，将有限元分析、优化设计、图形绘制三部分结合在一起。

In order to carry out the CAD for double-layer fabric conveniently,the paper proposes mathematical models for designing double cloth in which the face layer and back layer are separated and for binding double cloth with integral matrixes ,which are the basis of fabrics weaves and are structured with the principle of matrix theory.

In this paper,from the global viewpoint we first define the nonlinear control system on a two dimensional surface in the three dimensional Euclidean space, give the represwentation of the state equation under a loca coordinate sysgtem of the surface, and study the connectin between the equilibrium state of the nonlinear system and the egodesics on the surface.

The error source of CMM is complex, and the current main research is its geometric error. In the paper, 21 items of geometric error are measured accurately, simply and fast with the 2-D laser interferometer and four quadrants photo detector. The measurement gets rid of measuring so many lines and several diagonal lines in linear displacement method, and also solves the question that error measure of large-scale CMM can not be measured with 1-D ball array and ball plate conveniently.

坐标测量机的误差源纷繁复杂，当前主要研究的是其几何误差，课题中研究了一种采用二维激光干涉仪和四象限光电探测器相结合的测量方法，对三坐标测量机的21项几何误差进行了准确、简便、快速的测量，摆脱了线位移法测量直线过多且包含多条对角线测量的弊端，同时也解决了一维球列和球板不方便检测的大型测量机的误差检测问题。

After analyzing the characteristic of the rigid plane motion and the shortcomings of classical digital image correlation algorithms, the phase-angle position of the rigid body in the 2D image was characterized by 1D sequence signals using the method of equiangular sampling feature extraction based on circle windows. Then the generalized correlation algorithm for estimation of time delay based on wavelet transform was used to acquire the angular displacement. Finally the ultrasonic radiation force acted on the micro-component was determined by the relation between force and motion.
