Our data are showed that apoptosis parameters including DNA fragmentation, nuclear morphological change and sub-G1 fraction, appeared after 24 h by 5 μM rottlerin treatment. Furthermore, rottlerin caused a decrease in 72% of ODC protein expression and an increase in threonine, rather than serine and tyrosine dephosphorylation on ODC enzyme compared with the control after incubation for 10 h. To determine whether ODC could down-regulate rottlerin-induced apoptosis, HL60 cells were stably transfected with ODC cDNA. HL60-ODC cells exhibited a 2.5-fold increase in ODC protein compared with vector only (HL60-pcDNA3) or HL60 cells.

在我们筛选天然化合物实验中，发现rottlerin抑制鸟胺酸去羧化活性最具成效，之前的研究人员已知蛋白激Cd调节鸟胺酸去羧化的活性，因此在人类白血病HL60细胞处理rottlerin的实验中发现加入rottlerin二十四小时后，细胞进行计划性死亡，并可侦测到DNA片段、细胞核浓缩及sub-G1提增；而细胞处理药物十小时后与控制组细胞比较，观察到鸟胺酸去羧化的蛋白表现与活性下降50﹪以上；除此以外，测定鸟胺酸去羧化去磷酸化的情况，发现於酥胺酸位置有显著差异，而丝胺酸和酪胺酸位置并无差异。

The results showed that intermidiate 1, 2-propanediol-sebacate of low relative molecular mass was synthesized with toluene-p-sulfoinc acid as catalyst, benzene as watercarrying agent, and of mole ratio of sebacic acid to 1, 2-propanediol of 1:4. The glass-transition temperatures of PPSC were below 0 ℃ which confirmed that PPSC would be in a high-elastic state of ambient temperature and human body temperature. PPSC was a elastomer with moderate crosslinkage, low module and high elongation, and had rapid degradation ratio (degradation degree more than 50%) in phosphate (pH value 7.4) at 37℃.

结果表明，以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、苯为带水剂，在酸醇比为1，4的条件下可合成较低相对分子质量的中间体癸二酸聚酯二元醇；PPSC弹性体的玻璃化转变温度在0℃以下，于室温及人体温度下处于高弹态；PPSC为适度交联的、低模量高伸长的弹性体，其在37℃、pH值为7.4的磷酸盆缓冲溶液中具有较快的降解性（降解度超过50%）。

The result showed that application of diammonium phosphate coated with palygorskite at 225kghm^-(2), the effective siliquae and yield of rape increased by 2.27% and 255.33% respectively compared with control.

Twelve new Schiff bases of 5-amino-1H-1,2,3,4-tetrazolyl were synthesized. These Schiff bases were further converted into α-(5- tetrazolyl)-aminoalkyl phosphonates.

Methods: Eleven B-CLL patients were studied. Leukemic lymphocytes with (n=8) or without (n=3) P2z receptors were exposed in vitro to ATP, benzoylbenzoic-ATP, 2-methylthio-ATP(2MeSATP), adenosine-5′-［γ-thio］ triphosphate, and other nucleosides for 8h. Apoptosis was detected by electron microscopy, agarose gel electrophoresis, and quantitative TdT assay. Results:Apoptosis was detected only in leukemic lymphocytes with P2z receptors. By using the quantitative assay, ATP-inducing DNA strand breaks were found to occur specifically for BzATP, ATP and 2MeSATP, but not for ATP-γS and other nucleosides.
