Teflubenzuron was synthesized from 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene and 2,6-dichlobenil as starting reagent through six-step reaction with the yield of 75.3%.3,5-Dichloro-2,4-difluoroaniline was synthesized by chlorination,reduction reaction from 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene,the yield was 84.5%;2,6-difluorobenzamide with the yield of 87.7% was synthesized by fluoridation and hydrolysis from 2,6-dichlobenil.

以2，4-二氟硝基苯和2，6-二氯苯腈为起始原料，经过6步反应合成伏虫隆，总收率为75.3%。以2，4-二氟硝基苯为原料，经过氯化、还原反应合成3，5-二氯-2，4-二氟苯胺，产率为84.5%；以2，6-二氯苯腈为原料，经过氟化和水解，制得2，6-二氟苯甲酰胺，产率为87.7%；将Ⅱ与二碳酸酯酰化，合成2，6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯，产率为91.3%；Ⅲ与Ⅰ加成，得到杀虫剂伏虫隆，产率为95%。

Two novel soluble poly, poly [(3-butyrylpyrrole-2, 5-diyl) p-nitrobenzylidene] and poly [(3-butyrylpyrrole-2, 5-diyl)(3-hydroxy-4-methoxy) benzylidene], were synthesized firstly by condensation of 3-butyrylpyrrole with p-nitrobenzaldehyde and vanillin, respectively.

Amino-6-nitrobenzodifuroxan was prepared through a three-step reaction from starting material 3, 5-dinitrobenzoic acid:(1)3, 5-dinitroaniline (1) was synthesized from the reaction of DNBA and hydrazoic acid in inert solvent 1, 2-dichioroethane through Schmidt rearrangement with yield of 89.6%;(2) 1 was subjected to nitration to prepare pentanitroaniline (2) with yield of 51.1%;(3) The title compound was prepared from 2 and sodium azide in acetic acid through denitrogenation and then Schmidt rearrangement with yield of 86.8%, m.p.204℃～206℃.

以3，5-二硝基苯甲酸为原料经过3步反应合成了7-氨基6-硝基苯并二氧化吠咱：第1步反应，在二氯乙烷惰性溶剂中，DNBA与叠氮酸反应并发生Schmidt重排反应生成3，5-二硝基苯胺(1)，产率89.6%；第2步反应，1在含100%硫酸的硝硫混酸中硝化生成五硝基苯胺(2)，产率51.1%；第3步反应，2与叠氮酸反应，不经分离直接进行热解脱氮、Schmidt重排反应，得到目标化合物， m.p.204℃~ 206℃，产率86.8%。

In this study, new benzo[l,2,3]thiadiazole derivatives were designed according to relationship of structure and efficacy. The 9 novel compounds were synsthesized with following reactions. The chlorine atom in 2-chloro-3,5-dinitro-benzoic acid as beginning raw material was substituted by 2-methylpropane-2-thiol, esterified then with bromoethane, reduced by iron powder and cyclized to obtain ethyl benzo[l,2,3]thiadiazole-7 after diazonation reation.
