Objective To study the effects of all-trans retinoic acid and arsenic tioxide on the cell growth and the expression of NF-кB and ROS in NB4 cells. Methods NB4 cells were treated with ATRA alone or in combination with As2O3 in different concentrations.

目的 探讨全反式维甲酸联合三氧化二砷(As2O3)对NB4细胞的生长以及核因子－кB、活性氧表达的影响。

Over the past year, the group evaluated the seven-year follow-up results of therapeutic effects of all-trans retinoic acid and arsenic trioxide (As2O3) combined treatment in newly diagnosed acute promyelocytic leukemia. We also studied the mechanism of therapeutic effects of Imatinib and As4S4 combined treatment in CML cell line and animal model. These two papers were published on PNAS.

过去的一年中，本课题组总结完成了全反式维甲酸和三氧化二砷联合治疗初发急性早幼粒细胞白血病的七年临床随访资料的疗效评估；在慢性粒细胞性白血病，完成了应用As4S4和STI571联合治疗作用的细胞、分子和整体动物水平的机制研究，这两部分工作均已发表于PNAS。

Result s:10 μmol/L retinoids could inhibit the Bel-7402 proliferation and decrease the colony forming of liver cancer cells on soft agar significantly.So some biochemical markers indicating the proliferation status of liver cancer cells changed significant ly, including the significant activity increase of ornithine carbamyl transferase, tyrosine-α-ketoglutaric transaminase and alkaline phosphatase, the significant decrease α-fetoprotein secretion,γ-glutamyltranspetidase and aldolase activity.

结果：10μmol/L维甲酸显著抑制肝癌细胞增殖，并使肝癌细胞软琼脂集落形成率明显减少，使代表肝细胞分化的酶鸟氨酸氨基甲酰转移酶、酪氨酸-α-酮戊二酸转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶比活力明显升高，甲胎蛋白分泌量、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和醛缩酶比活力明显下降。

In order to reduce the corrosion of acidic paint stripper to aeronautical metals and provide with better anti-corrosion additive for AIL4130, TC4, LY12, and 20(superscript #) steel, a series of inhibitors and their composite were investigated. Weight loss experiment, Tafel curves measurement and SEM observation were carried out for the above metals in the formic acid solution which was normally used in the paint stripper. The experimental results indicate that the optimizing composite inhibitor consists of sodium benzoate, 2-thiourea, hexamethylenetetramine, sodium laurylsulfonate and 1, 2, 3-benzotriazole.

为降低酸性脱漆剂对飞机金属材料的腐蚀，以脱漆剂中经常使用的甲酸水溶液为研究介质，以AIL4130、TC4、LY12、20钢等材料为研究对象，通过腐蚀失重法、塔菲尔曲线测量和SEM观察，筛选出对以上各金属材料缓蚀效果较好的复配缓蚀剂体系，即苯甲酸钠、硫脲、六次甲基四胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、苯并三氮唑等缓蚀剂的优化组合。
