Objective: To investigate the changes of maleic dialdehyde levels and superoxide dismutase activities in the lung tissues of rabbits with endotoxin-induced acute lung injury, and study the protective mechanism of xuebijing.

目的：观察内毒素致兔急性肺损伤时肺组织中丙二醛含量及超氧化物岐化酶活性的的变化，探讨血必净对急性肺损伤保护作用的机制。

In order to research the effects of minimum tillage and no-tillage patterns on yield and senescence of flag leaf of winter wheat, four tillage patterns were adopted in Longkou city, Shandong Province, China for three years. Four tillage patterns were as follows: conventional tillage with straw turnover, rotary tillage with straw turnover, serrated disk harrow tillage with straw turnover, no-tillage with straw cover. Effects of different tillage patterns on the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and the contents of malondialdehyde and soluble protein of the winter wheat flag leaves after anthesis were analyzed.

为了研究少免耕耕作体系对冬小麦旗叶衰老状况的影响，采用4种土壤耕作模式（常规耕作秸秆还田、旋耕秸秆还田、耙耕秸秆还田、免耕秸秆覆盖）在山东龙口进行了3年田间试验，研究了耕作模式对小麦产量及花后不同时期旗叶超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。

We try to synthesize the Co doped TiO2 dilute magnetic semiconductor structure via thermal treatments under vacuum environment, and study its magnetic property. The results reveal that during thermal treatments in a vacuum environment, the Co grains may form the oxide phase structure, and lose their magnetic properties.

研究结果发现在真空高温退火过程中，虽然钴粒子会均匀扩散至非晶的二氧化钛薄膜，其铁磁性的行为却因此消失，由实验结果推断在高温回火过程中，钴可能形成反铁磁的氧化物的结构。

Effects of water stress on the level of reactive oxygen speciesand activities of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of wheat(Triticum durum Desf.) seedlings were investigated.Water stress resulted in significant increase in the contents of O-.2,MDA and the activities of superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase in wheat leaves.However,the activities of glutathione reductase,catalase and the content of H2O2 were not changed obviously under water stress.

分析了水分胁迫对小麦幼苗叶片中活性氧水平和抗氧化酶活性的影响，结果发现，水分胁迫能够显著提高超氧阴离子(O-2·)和丙二醛的含量及超氧化物歧化酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的活性，而过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量及过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽还原酶的活性变化不明显。
