METHODS: A limb ischemia-reperfusion injury model in rats was established. The animals were randomly divided into three groups: control group, IR group and IPC group. The contents of diamide oxidase, nitric oxide, endothelin-1 (ET-1) and ratio of nitric oxide/endothelin-1 (NO/ET-1) in the plasma and the gut were measured. The leavels of myeloperoxidase, ratio of DNA chain, total nitric oxide synthase, inducible nitric oxide synthase and constitutive nitric oxide synthase in the gut were determined.

雄性Wistar大鼠18只，随机分为对照组，缺血再灌注组和缺血预适应组，每组6只，分别测定血浆和小肠组织二氨氧化酶、一氧化氮、内皮素-1(ET-1)、NO/ET-1比值的含量变化及小肠组织的髓过氧化物酶、DNA双链百分率(ratio of DNA chain %)、总一氧化氮合酶、诱导型一氧化氮合酶、结构型一氧化氮合酶的水平；免疫组化法检测小肠组织的诱导型一氧化氮合酶、内皮型一氧化氮合酶的表达。

N-doped TiO2 nanotubes absorb visible light distinctly, and showed higher efficiency of photocatalytic activity than TiO2 nanotubes by model experiment of degradation of the solution of Safranine T.

结果表明，用模板法制备的二氧化钛纳米管管径均匀、可控且排向一致，从DRS光谱可以推测出氮掺杂后的二氧化钛纳米管在可见光区有较强的吸收，并且与二氧化钛纳米管相比氮掺杂的二氧化钛纳米管的降解碱性藏花红溶液的效率更高。

The morphology and microstructure characteristics of the apertured silver doped TiO2 microtubes were characterized by means of the X-ray powder diffraction, thermal analysis, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and N2 absorption.

Amino-6-nitrobenzodifuroxan was prepared through a three-step reaction from starting material 3, 5-dinitrobenzoic acid:(1)3, 5-dinitroaniline (1) was synthesized from the reaction of DNBA and hydrazoic acid in inert solvent 1, 2-dichioroethane through Schmidt rearrangement with yield of 89.6%;(2) 1 was subjected to nitration to prepare pentanitroaniline (2) with yield of 51.1%;(3) The title compound was prepared from 2 and sodium azide in acetic acid through denitrogenation and then Schmidt rearrangement with yield of 86.8%, m.p.204℃～206℃.

以3，5-二硝基苯甲酸为原料经过3步反应合成了7-氨基6-硝基苯并二氧化吠咱：第1步反应，在二氯乙烷惰性溶剂中，DNBA与叠氮酸反应并发生Schmidt重排反应生成3，5-二硝基苯胺(1)，产率89.6%；第2步反应，1在含100%硫酸的硝硫混酸中硝化生成五硝基苯胺(2)，产率51.1%；第3步反应，2与叠氮酸反应，不经分离直接进行热解脱氮、Schmidt重排反应，得到目标化合物， m.p.204℃~ 206℃，产率86.8%。

After 24 hours, all rats were anesthetized again and their left common carotid arteries were cannulated to facilitate blood withdrawal for serum sample. The contents of tumor necrosis factor-a and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum were determined before and after experiment by ELISA; the activity of superoxide dismutase and content of malondialdehyde were determined by xanthinoxidanse method and modified TBA microdetermination. The content of NO2(superscript -)/NO3(superscript -), and activity of nitric oxide synthase and inducible NOS were determined by nitrate reductase method, and chemical chromogenic reaction, respectively; the immunoglobulin G, IgA, IgM and complement 3 (C3) and C4 were determined by immunoprecipitation method before and after experiment.
