The aim of this thesis is to study the existence of positive solutions of boundary value problem for nonlinear second order ordinary differential equations , mainly using the fixed point index theory in a cone. The conditions of the existence of positive solutions of the boundary value problem are given in the thesis. We improve the result of the existence of positive solutions either in the sublinear or in the superlinear conditons.

本文主要利用锥上不动点指数定理，解决非线性二阶常微分方程边值问题的正解的存在性问题，并给出了边值问题正解存在的条件，改进了次线性和超线性条件下正解存在的结论。

To solve the practical problem where the temperature field distribution is low at the lower part of furnace chamber and high at the upper part and the temperature difference is untolerable , which is reflected by the thermocouples at site, the authors take the methods of multipoint test and computer hologram simulation to research into the fields in the furnace chamber of the zinc fractionating tower at Shaoguan Smelter CNNC.

针对锌精馏炉炉膛各检测点反映出的其上部温度偏高，下部温度偏低，上下温度偏差过大的实际问题，采用现场多点温度测试，结合炉膛内流场、浓度场、释热场和温度场数值仿真的方法对韶关冶炼厂二精馏系统进行研究；利用仿真结果中的流场扣浓度场数据，统计出实测中无法得到的各次空气和煤气在南1号至南4号各喷口的流量。
