We use a different transmission method where binary Golay complementary pairs are sent simultaneously on the inphase and quadrature parts of the subcarrier, and compare the performance with existing method. Using our method, the radar obtains a pair of Golay sequences from only one echo, which reduces the ambiguity function sidelobes when the reflected signals are partially received, and fully exploits the property of Golay pairs.

In this chapter, three kinds of target recognition methods are performed, which are:①Target recognition method based on the description of polarization parameter plane. The echo polarization states of target are projected onto the polarization state plane described by the ellipticity ε and the tilt angle τ of the polarization ellipse, the change of parameter following ferquency becomes the chart. According to the changing trait of the chart, the multidimensional polarization feature space of target has been contructed. Furthermore, a series of polarization feature parameters used in designing the structure of target recognition device are extracted, and they are insensible to the posture of target.②Target recognition method based on the description of Poincare polarization sphere. The echo polarization states of target expressed by Stokes vector are projected onto the Poincare polarization sphere. The conception of polarization ferquency stability, which is used in describing the dynamic distribution characteristics of the target echo polarization states on Poincare polarization sphere, has been defined. A group of polarization feature parameters used in designing the structure of target recognition device are extracted, and they are insensible to the posture of target.③Target recognition method based on the description of frequency sensitivity. In accordance with the conception of the polarization state distance defined on Poincare polarization sphere, the frequency sensibility of the physical structure property of target has been investigated, the frequency distribution feature curves in PSD domain are obtained, and targets'features are extracted by means of the curve-fitting method with Least Square Criterion.

Enzyme preparation significantly increased villus size of duodenumand jejunum, and villus to crypt ratio of duodenum and ileum significantly increased too.Enzyme preparation considerably decreased ileal crypt height (P<0.05), and didn"t affectthickness of intestinal wall. Supplementing enzyme preparation, the serum glucose, totalprotein and alanine aminotransferase, but enzyme preparation hadn"t noticed influenceupon uric acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride and high-density lipoproteins. Enzymepreparation significantly increased insulin, triiodothyronine and insulin-like growthfactor-Ⅰ. Adding enzyme preparation, the percentage of thyroid stimulating hormone andgrowth hormone in the serum increased 16.44%, 19.18% and 18.84%, 21.74%respectively, and the percentage of glucagon and thyroxine decreased 12.07%, 14.36% and 13.79%, 15.40%, but failed to reach statistical significance (P>0.05). Enzymepreparation significantly increased (P<0.05) the trypsin and amylase activity of duodenaland jejunal digesta, but enzyme preparation didnt affect significantly (P>0.05) theintestinal lipase activity and pancreatic digestive enzyme. Enzyme preparation had nosignificant effect on caecal microbial population.

However, the use of Aegliops tauschii in improvement of wheat yield trait has not been reported. In this study, T.durum-Ae.Squarrosa amphidiploids was crossed with common wheat PH85-16, then backcrossed with PH85-16. The variation characteristic of the main yield traits of BC1F1 and BC1F2 were analyzed. Then, QTLs affecting yield traits were detected by 130 SSR primer pairs of D genome in BC_1F_1 and BC_1F_2.The result showed chromosomes in D genome from Aegliops tauschii affected yield trait of wheat significantly.
