The results showed that hexadecanoic acid diethanolamide and Daqing crude oil has favorable compatibleness, the binary system containing hexadecanoic acid diethanolamide(with the mass concentration of 0.2%) and HPAM(with the concentration of 1000mg/L)can produce ultralow interficial tensions 8.94×10~(-3mN/m against Daqing crude oil; the three compound combination system containing hexadecanoic acid diethanolamide(with the mass concentration of 0.2%) and HPAM(with the concentration of 1000mg/L)and Na_2CO_3(0.1%)can produce ultralow interficial tensions 6.34×10~(-4mN/m against Daqing crude oil.

其中，十六酸二乙醇酰胺与大庆四厂原油具有良好的配伍性，十六酸二乙醇酰胺0.2%、HPAM1000mg/L组成的二元驱油体系与大庆四厂原油可形成超低界面张力，最低可达到8.94×10~(-3)mN/m；十六酸二乙醇酰胺0.2%、HPAM1000mg/L、Na_2CO_31%组成的三元驱油体系与大庆四厂原油间的界面张力最低可达6.34×10~(-4)mN/m。

The constituents were extracted by some solvents. 18 constituents were isolated from Chloroform fraction by different chromatography. 15 constituents were identified by IR ,MS and NMR as follows: 3-sitosterol, P-sitosterylpalm itate,succinate acids, 1, 4-benzenediol, 1, 2-benzenediol, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, syringaresinol, oleanolic acid, usolic acid, ethyl caffeate , Rosmarinic acid ethylster and etc. In such constituents ,nine compounds were isolated for first time from Origanum vulgare L..

牛至药材经水煮醇沉法所得浸膏，利用溶剂法和色谱法从中分离得到18个单体成分，通过IR、MS、NMR等波谱技术鉴定了其中的15个化合物，分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、琥珀酸(3)、对-二苯酚(4)、邻-二苯酚(5)、对羟基苯甲醛(6)、1.2-二羟基-4-异丙基-5-甲基苯(7)、新木脂素(8)、丁香脂素(9)、齐墩果酸(10)、乌苏酸(11)、4-二十六烯(12)、正二十六醇(13)、咖啡酸乙酯(14)、迷迭香酸乙酯(15)等，其中化合物3、4、5、6、7、8、9、14、15等9种化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Seven compounds have been isolated from hard coral Acropora pulchra. These compounds are:pentadecoic acid, heptadecyl ester;(2)n-cetanol;(3)batyl alcohol;(4) N- [ 1 --2-hydroxyl--3,7-heptad-ecadienal] -hexadecanamide;(5)1 -0-hexanoyl-glycerol ester;(6)thymine;(7)uracil. Their structures were determined by IR, MS, HNMR, 13CNMR analysis.

从北海佳丽鹿角珊瑚Acropora pulchra乙醇提取液的乙酸乙酯部分分离出七个化合物，经IR、MS、~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR等波谱方法鉴定，其结构分别为：(1)十五酸十七酯，(2)正十六碳醇，(3)鲨肝醇，(4)N-1-羟基甲基-2-羟基—-3，7-十七碳二烯基十六酸酰胺，(5)1-正十六酸甘油酯，(6)胸腺嘧啶，(7)尿嘧啶。

The results showed that the unsaturated fatty acid content of pecan kernel oil was 89 0%,and 13 kinds of unknown components such as nonadecaol,8 hexyl pentadecane,10 methyl eicosane,11,14 eicosadienoic acid,1 bromo 8 heptadecyne,9 hexyl heptadecane,tetracosane,13 docosenoic acid,1 bromo 7 nonadecyne,15 tetracosenoic acid,hexacosanoic acid,7 hexyl ei...

研究结果表明：山核桃仁油中的不饱和脂肪酸 w =89 0 %，未知成分是十九醇、8 己基十五烷、10 甲基二十烷、11，14 二十碳二烯酸、1溴 8 十七炔、9 己基十七烷、二十四烷、13 二十二碳烯酸、1 溴代 7 十九炔、15 二十四碳烯酸、二十六酸、7 己基二十烷、二十七烷共 13种，其中13 二十二碳烯酸、15 二十四碳烯酸、十九醇等具有较强的生理活性和药用价值

The optimum synthetic conditions of hexadecanoic acid diethanolamide used two-step method are as follows:(1)reaction temperature was 140℃, reaction time was 4.5hours and molar ratio of hexadecanoic acid to diethanolamide was 1:1.15.(2)reaction temperature was 80℃, molar ratio of hexadecanoic acid to diethanolamide was 1:1.55 and mass concentration of the catalyst was 0.8%, reaction time was 3 hours.

二步法合成十六酸二乙醇酰胺最佳合成工艺为：(1)反应温度140℃、反应摩尔比n十六酸∶n二乙醇胺=1∶1.15、反应时间4.5h；(2)反应温度80℃、反应总摩尔比n十六酸∶n二乙醇胺=1∶1.55、催化剂用量0.8%、反应时间3h。

Octadecanoic acid、tetradecanoic acid、hexadecanoic acid、eicosanoic acid、9-octadecenoic acid、9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid、5,8,11,14-Eicosatetraenoic acid and 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid were increased dramatically in NASH group (P.05). Moreover,ω-6/ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids ratio is raised.

1脂肪酸分析结果提示NASH肝组织中正十二烷酸含量显著降低(P.05)，硬脂酸、十四烷酸、十六烷酸、二十烷酸、油酸、α-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸和亚油酸含量显著升高(P.05)，ω-6：ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的比值升高。

The result showed due to yeast fermentation process there were many new aroma components in jujube wine which were different from the juice: Isoamyl alcohol, Phenylethyl alcohol, Benzyl alcohol and so on; jujube juice hexadecanoic acid and other senior fatty acid composition obviously degradated; Alcohols and esters composition were sharply upward.

反映出发酵过程由于酵母的繁殖代谢产生了很多新成分，如异戊醇，丁酸乙酯，辛酸乙酯等；枣汁中十六酸等高级脂肪酸成分明显降解，苯乙醇，2，3-丁二醇，己二酸(2-甲基)丁酯，己二酸二异丙酯等醇类和酯类成分呈急剧上升的趋势。

ConclusionThe main components of essential oils are 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl) phenol (4.4%), tetradecanoic acid (6.96%), n-hexadecanoic acid (7.69%), 9,12-cctadecadienoic acid (6.37%), hexadecanoic acid-2-hydroxy-1- ethyl ester (4.79%) and octadecanoic acid-2-hydroxy-1- ethyl ester (4.77%), respectively.

结论阿给炭挥发油的主要成分为2，4-二树丁基苯酚（4.4％）、十四酸（6.96％）、n-十六酸（7.69％）、-9，12-十八碳二烯酸（6.37％）、软脂酸-2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯（4.79％）、硬脂酸-2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯（4.77％）。
