In this thesis, molecular electronegative distance vector and 3D holographic vector of atomic interaction field (3D-HoVAIF) are applied and extended, the former is based on the 2D information of molecular structure, the latter is based on the 3D information of molecular structure.

To improve the yield and quality of wheat is an important project to breeder with genetic method. Wild emmer (Triticum. Dicoccoides Kom), as a close species to common wheat, has many good characteristics which can be used to improve common wheat (. T. aestivum L) and is precious material in wheat evalution.

野生二粒小麦(Triticum.dicoccoides Kom)作为与普通小麦(T.aestivum L)亲缘关系较近的一个种，具有许多优良的特性，在小麦的遗传改良中占据着重要的位置，同时，野生二粒小麦是也是研究普通小麦遗传进化的珍贵材料本研究运用SSR分子标记方法对野生二粒小麦与普通小麦的A、B染色体组的同源性进行研究；同时，为了探讨野生二粒小麦的耐盐性能否应用在普通小麦的遗传改良中，采用水培法对从以色列引进的93份野生二粒小麦的耐盐性进行了初步探讨，为普通小麦的遗传改良提供实验依据。

The results showed that the maximum UV absorption wavelengths of those 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives in dichloromethane were in the range of 268~327 nm, and their maximum photoluminescent wavelengths in dichloromethane and solid film were located at 332~390 nm and 359~439 nm, respectively. The 1,3,4-oxadiao1e derivatives exhibit a first endothermal peak at 120~328℃ in the DSC heating process, and the symmetrical 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives display a higher melting temperature. The CV curves of those 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives indicate that the reductive potentials of the 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives are located at -1.03~0.98 V, and their LUMO(the lowest unoccoupied molecual orbit) energy levels are -3.71~-3.76eV.

结果表明，该类衍生物在二氯甲烷溶液中的最大紫外吸收波长在268~327nm范围，在二氯甲烷溶液和固体膜中的最大荧光发射波长分别在332~390nm和359~439nm范围；DSC分析结果表明，5个噁二唑衍生物的起始吸热峰位于120~328℃之间，其中对称结构的噁二唑衍生物显示了较高的熔融温度；由循环伏安图和相关计算结果表明，5个噁二唑衍生物的还原电位位于-1.03~-0.98V，其相应的最低非占有分子轨道能级在-3.71~-3.76 eV之间。

For intramolecular electron transfer reactions in solution,the fluctuations of the intramolecular vibrational modes are much faster than that of solvent mode.Thus,the reaction-diffusion equation is commonly used to describe the motion of solvent,with a sink function to treat the vibrational high-frequency mode.Based on this theory-so -called the Sumi-Marcus theory,we proposed an imaginary-time split operator approach to solve the reaction-diffusion equation.The approach is applied to evaluate the intermolecular ET rate between oxazine 1 and N,N-dimethlaniline.By measuring the two average survival times of the donor state probability and the rate constant in long time limit,the full kinetics of the ET is revealed with a variety of sink functions.

对于扩散控制的溶液中的电子转移反应，分子内振动模的运动比溶剂运动快很多，Sumi-Marcus理论提出用反应扩散方程(reaction-diffusion equation)处理溶剂的扩散运动，而分子内的振动用sink函数来表示，我们基于此理论发展了用虚时间分裂算符的方法(imaginary-time Split operator approach)解反应扩散方程，并将其应用于嗪1(oxazine 1，OX1)和N，N-二甲基苯胺分子之间的电子转移反应，Sink函数采用几种不同的微扰表达式，通过计算得到给体几率衰减的两种平均速率和长时间极限下的速率常数，揭示了该体系电子转移过程中的一些动力学性质。
