The array consisted of 8 piezoelectric crystal sensors, each coated with an adsorptive material with unselective, but different response characteristics. The frequency shift data obtained from the array as the response to mixed vapour of common organic solvents of small molecular size were treated by using stepwise discrimination analysis, and five coatings that provided the maximum level of analyte discriminating ability were selected. The array constructed from these solvents was applied to recognizing alcoholic hydroxyl, carbonyl from other organic functional groups. The principal component analysis was applied to the original and autoscalled data. The two-dimensional display of the data showed well-defined clusters for solvents containing different functional groups separated from each other. The array was applied to identifying spirits and beverages.

A series of study methods which can not research in this field begin to exert important affection. On the basis of the previous research, the following major innovative work was carried out in this dissertation.(1) Several methods including fluorescence spectra, CD and FT-IR specta methods were used to study the interaction of isoquinoline alkaloid、isoflavones and Rhein with serum albumin, and the results from every method was in good agreement;(2) The binding constants、the numbers of binding site、the binding region and the interaction force involving in the interaction of drugs and serum albumin were confirmed by Scatchard equation and Vant Hoff equation.

基于研究生物大分子与小分子相互作用具有极其重要的意义，本博士论文在前人工作的基础上，主要进行了以下几方面的创新性研究：(1)利用荧光光谱法、圆二色谱法、红外光谱法以及分子模拟等多种方法相结合研究了异喹啉类生物碱，异黄酮类化合物以及大黄酸与人血清白蛋白的相互作用，获得了准确一致的信息；(2)根据Scatchard方程和Vant Hoff方程详细研究计算了异喹啉类生物碱以及大黄酸与蛋白质结合机理包括结合常数、结合位点数、结合区域、结合力。

Via comprehensive computations, the possibilities of vinylidene and allene intermediates were excluded, and the reaction mechanism was found to contain the following three steps:(1) gold-catalyzed cyclization to give the cyclic intermediate,(2) the cyclic intermediate undergoing a 1,3-H migration to give a more stable intermediate, with the assistance of water-cluster,(3) finially, the 1,2-H or 1,2-silyl migration occuring for generation of the observed product.

The amniotic fluid and allantoic fluid of chicken embryo have been analyzed and the resonances of most substances in them were assigned by 1-dimention and 2-dimention Nuclear Magnetic Resonance methods. This work could be the basis of quantitative analysis of metabolites and studying the metabolites changing between the amniotic and allantoic fluid during the hatching process. Also, it provided a new way to study the process of embryo developing.

To realize the molecular compositions and bio-spinning mechanisms of spidroin in spider major ampullate, the molecular weight and amino acid compositions of spidrion solution were measured and compared with that of dragline silk. The molecular conformations and morphologies of spidroin and dragline silk in different spinning phases were determined by circular dichroism spectroscopy and laser Raman spectroscopy.
