Based on the PTB study situation of the studied area, two terrestrial sections and one marine-terrestrial section were chosen for the sedimentary and sequence stratigraphy study. The former are Chahe section and Zhejue section in Weining, Guizhou, and the latter is Mide section in Xuanwei, Yunnan. The definition and correlation of the TPTB were discussed based on the results of biostratigraphy, isotope stratigraphy, geochemostratigraphy, and molecule stratigraphy. Thus, it supplied a perfect base for the establishment of the TAGSSP in the area.

针对研究区二叠系—三叠系界线剖面研究现状，选择了二条陆相剖面，既贵州威宁岔河剖面和哲觉剖面，一条海、陆交互相剖面即云南宣威密德剖面，开展了有关沉积学和层序地层学方面的研究，并结合生物地层、同位素地层、地球化学地层和分子地层等资料探讨了研究区二叠系—三叠系界线的划分与对比方案，从而为在该区争取建立陆相二叠—三叠系辅助层型剖面和点打下了良好基础。

In this thesis, based on the preceding research of our laboratory, a new type of cagelike cyclophanes, in which 1,1 '-binaphthyl unit ,the source of chirality and three different linkers(2,6-dibromopyridine, 1,4-diiodobenzene, 4,4'-diiodobiphenyl) connected by ethynyl was designed and synthesized successfully and their optical properties were preliminarily researched.

It includes the following steps: polymerizing 2, 4-dihydroxyl metaphenylene diamine hydrochloride, diamine monomer and dipic acid anhydride to gain the polyimide that contains hydroxy on the molecule chain, making the hydroxyl take esterification reacting with acyl chloride and acrylic acid to gain polyimide photosensitive material that has negative photonasty.

该聚酰亚胺光敏材料以2，4-二羟基间苯二胺盐酸盐，二胺单体和二酸酐为原料进行聚合，得到分子链上含羟基的聚酰亚胺，然后使羟基与丙烯酸及其衍生物的酰氯发生酯化反应，得到具有负性感光性能的聚酰亚胺光敏材料。

Using semi-quantitative RT-PCR, the differential expression profiles of eleven selected genes were confirmed in the ovaries of triploid and diploid. These genes fell in gene categories with a wide range of functions. The results indicated that triploidy affects the dynamic gene regulatory network in triploid ovary. This study established a firm basis for future investigation on characterization of crucial molecular events for normal ovarian development in shrimp.To further dissect exact gene functions for gonad development of shrimp, three differentially expressed genes between diploid and triploid ovary, PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen), CAS/CSE1 (cellular apoptosis susceptibility protein/chromosome segregation 1) and SSRF (spermatogonial stem-cell renewal factor) were characterized on certain aspects.

利用抑制性消减杂交技术，建立了对虾二倍体和三倍体卵巢间的2个消减文库；在正向消减文库(以三倍体卵巢作为实验组，二倍体卵巢作为驱动组)中，鉴定到54个基因；在反向消减文库(以二倍体卵巢为实验组，三倍体卵巢为驱动组)中，鉴定到16个基因；选取11个差异表达的基因，利用半定量RT-PCR的方法对其在二倍体和三倍体卵巢间的表达进行了检测，均能很好地与消减结果相吻合；这些差异基因编码多种功能的蛋白，分析表明染色体的三倍化使三倍体卵巢中的基因调控网络受到了影响；为深入揭示维持卵巢正常发育的关键分子调控事件奠定了基础。

Three kinds of small molecular copper and zinc superoxide dismutase mimics were synthesized with N, N-bis (benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) amine (N3), N, N-bis (benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) methylamine(MN3) and N,N-bis (benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) benzylamine(BN3) as ligands. The com-plexes were characterized by UV, IR and element analysis and the structures were proposed.

First,from molecular aspect,a novel copolymer-PPBES has successfully been synthesized by nucelophilic substitution reaction with biphenol,4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-phthlazin-1(2H)-one and 4,4\'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone,which has both twisted and linear molecular structures in the backbone.
