In the third chapter, we study the approximation and weighted approximation for a kind of generalized Baskakov operators of two-variable. Using different weight functions, we discuss the convergence on weighted space of polynomials and rate of convergence with Jacobi weight for this kind of two-dimensional product-type operators, which extends the results of one-dimensional operators.

第三章研究一类二元广义Baskakov算子的逼近及其加权逼近，主要针对于不同的权函数讨论了这类乘积型的二元算子及其导数在多项式权空间上的收敛性和加Jacobi权的收敛阶，把一元的结果推广到多元的情形。

In experience analysis, giving actual rural-urban inequality as the jumping-off place, points out that our country have clear dual-economic and social struction characteristic, and analyze the reasons for which dual-economic and social struction is formed and retained; rural modernization is key to our countrys modernization for the following aspects,on the one hand, the problem of the farmer and rural and agriculture have strategic position and role, on the other hand, rural is the focus of a series of realistic problems; I closely grasp three mainlines of rural modernization, namely agriculture modernization and rural industrialization and rural-to-urban population migrants , we could make them united organically and make a research for them relatedly and discriminatingly, then some policy recommendations are offered.

在实证分析方面，以我国农村经济为研究对象，从现实的城乡差别入手，指出我国具有鲜明的二元经济社会特征，分析二元经济社会得以形成并维持的原因；从"三农"问题的地位与作用以及农村是一系列现实问题的焦点两个方面，论述农村经济现代化是中国现代化的关键；紧紧抓住农村经济现代化的三条主线，即农业现代化、农村工业化和农村人口城镇化，把三者内在、有机地结合起来，既有联系又有区别地进行研究，提出有针对性的对策建议。

On this basis,the thesis proceeds from new problem in current economic development and developing reality of the basic social security of urban and rural areas in China.According to the reality of national conditions and the experience of basic social security of the western developed countries and Chinese basic social security and the next development trend of construction of China,the thesis used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis means to study dualization social security system.

本文基于对有关社会保障理论的介绍、评析与我国社会保障实践相结合的基础之上，采用理论联系实际的方法，通过对我国城乡二元化社会保障实践的经验和教训的总结，运用社会主义市场经济理论和社会保障科学理论，结合我国目前农村经济运行中出现的新情况、新问题，提出改革和创新的新模式、新思路，寻求符合中国国情的统筹城乡二元化社会保障制度的新体制。

On the basis of analyzing detailedly the correlative conclusions of the extreme value problem of two variable Function , this paper extends the essential condition and sufficient condition to multi-variable function by using the Taylor Formula 、Quadratic Form 、Hesse Matrix and so on,and gives a method to judge the extreme value of point whose vice-derivative doesn't exist by utilizing Lagranges theorem ,so that compensates for the blank above ,which turns idea that solve the extreme value of multi-variable function problem one by one into realities.

摘要本文在对二元函数极值问题的相关结论进行分析的基础上，用泰勒公式、二次型、海赛矩阵作为工具，将二元函数极值的必要条件和充分条件推广到多元函数的情形，而且还利用拉格朗日中值定理找到了一个判别不可导点处极值的方法，从而弥补了多元函数不可导点处极值无法判断的空缺。因而，使得用穷举判断的方法来解决多元函数的极值问题这一思路成为现实。

利用Llibre的代数不变式理论，首先由二元二次和二元四次多项式的分类结果，对一次和三次齐次多项式微分系统进行代数分类，同时补充了已有结果中出现的漏洞；其次，由称共变张量空间的性质，对缺二次项的三次微分系统在保证轨线走向不变的前提下进行代数分类，使分类后同类系统的示性多项式有相同零点；最后通过讨论一类简单系统的有界性说明了分类的方便方处。

The incomparability comes from two sources: the first is the problem of statistic system. The infrared radiation characteristics of unsymmetrically two dimensional nozzle are experimentally studied. UTDN is designed and manufactured by prolonging one broad side of a general two-dimensional nozzle AR8 and its aspect radio is 8. Temperature distribution on the axes and spectral IR intensity on the orientation of 0, 10, 30, 60 and 90° on three typical detective planes of the hot plume are measured on hot plume simulation platform of the turbo fan engine.
